Perfect, clean and friendly stuff Delicious food and lovely breakfast

Excellent value for money. Staff were very accommodating with all our requests. View was excellent. Felt safe with the night security on property and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and places of interest. Breakfast was included in the price which is added value. It's not 5 star and the property is old though well maintained, but for the price you pay and with the friendliness of the staff, one cannot complain nor expect anymore.

No dinner service in the restaurant on a Sunday evening.

Room needs Aircon or a stronger fan that blows out more wind, was extremely hot in room, ceiling fan didn't do the job properly Bath very uncomfortable and too and narrow Room needs an iron

The breakfast didn't have a variety I would have loved to choose my own breakfast.

Tv channels, especially the movies the channel signal was bad.The taps was faulty, no shower and mabe more parking.The breakfast serving staff should be more professional, should excuse themselves when having a private call and let someone else take over what they are doing.But overall it was a good experience.

The food and cost effective drinks were amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely beautiful views.

The hotel needs a serious revamp/upgrade. The rooms were very basic and one of the bathrooms did not have an extractor fan which meant there was mold on the ceiling. I also feel that the rooms could do with a thorough deep clean. the carpets were vacuumed but there still seemed to be a residue of dust in them. In one of the rooms the telephone was not working which meant whenever we needed to contact reception we had to physically go there. I reported the faulty telephone on the first night but it remained faulty for the duration of our stay. In the restaurant, the carpet at the entrance was very sticky and some mornings when we went for breakfast the carpets still showed dirt from the night before.

Workers started to make a lot of noise early Sunday morning. No rest.

The breakfast was delicious, and the ribs were to die for .

Location very convenient with amenities like shops and atm's within walking distance.Reception staff were presentable, efficient and friendly.Room was spacious (fridge and microwave an unexpected bonus) and offered a magnificent view across the bay.Free Wi-Fi a great benefit.Dinner was very good (and good value for money) and buffet breakfast was also comprehensive.

The balcony could be improved: the gaps between the boards allow water, etc from balcony above to trickle through - and also allow for small objects to slip through and be lost in the baywater below!A perspex strip say 5cm in height (or similar) around the edges of the balcony would also help to prevent objects from rolling or bouncing over the edge.

Ons beddegoed was vol gaatjies asook die potjies wat daar gestaan het was leeg en vuil. Al was dit leeg dalk kon julle dit te minste skoon gemaak het.Baie teleursgeld in dit. Ek nog n booking gemaak omdat my ma verjaar het dan was dit so.

Priced well, clean and good breakfast

Everything for the weekend was fine, yes it is an old hotel but i actually liked that, buffet breakfast was top notch, me and my wife will definitely return but for a weekend its worth it.

The only thing i would improve is maybe getting a barfridge and microwave for each room

One can see that plans are in place and steps have been taken to revamp the hotel. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I usually struggle to sleep the first night at any unfamiliar place but, I slept like a baby from our very first night. The staff members are efficient and friendly. The restaurant's food and buffet breakfast was scrumptious and satisfying

Attention to smaller details wrt housekeeping can only be beneficial. For example dead plants and the lack of live greenery plus spots missed by cleaning crew.

The maintance people was busy to renovate and start early in the mornings...was little desturbing

Our room was beautiful, staff friendly. Place was peaceful just what I wanted.

Disappointed that the shower was dirty on arrival. And on the Monday our TV was frozen on a channel we let the reception know they sent someone but was told the manager has to do it as the decoder is locked up and he has the key. Needless to say the next day it was still the same nobody bothed. Place needs to be upgraded otherwise they will only get people coming for overnight stays or never coming back.
