Hot shower
The room, the terrace with swimming pool and the lobby were very nice and comfortable. The receptionist guy, Mohan, was the nicest and most helpful person - nothing was too much for him to do.
It's a beautiful hotel and the rooms are awesome and big. Nice facilities. Staff was very friendly bit a bit shy. They gave us breakfast take away when we had to leave early. They also helped with our luggage and were very keen to help us generally.

Cons -

Management is awful : 1)Phone number is not correct on booking.com so I can't ask for pick up 2) nobody unswer email 3) thay give me used cream from other guest and once I ask for new thay just add water to used cream and give it to me 4) toalite is transparent so once u go for your private bissness u have no privacy 5) only only Indian food on menu 6) location on booking.com is wrong so u can't find hotel and nobody pick up phone , no unswer on WhatsApp no unswer on email 7) manager didn't inform us that bicycle need to be paid by cash only so we waste on her 1h of time bc we had no cash and she advised us to go 1h to atm and she was extremely rude and unprofessional!!!! 8) photo very heavy photoshoped 9) bedsheets was with blood mark 10) bc of rude management i was try to stay away from hotel as long as possible
The food was just terrible, especially diners. The prices of dishes and even drinks were absolutely too high, even enormous. Cold water from the tap or shower was very difficult to get and if someone flushed the toilet or used another sink or used another shower, there was no cold water at all and all you had was very very hot water. The place wasn't completely clean as well. You definitely overpay the booking and it is definitely not a luxury lodge. Addition: all the bicycles they offer are in pretty bad shape.
The location of the hotel is a bit far from the center. You'll need to pass some dark roads at night to get to the hotel. The rooms were really great but could use a handyman here and there but no big remarks. We loved our stay, however we feel the price was a bit too high
