The location was pedestrian friendly.
The hotel desk was not aware of the bus schedule. The bus was very accessible; but the desk had to call a taxi to come to the hotel which added 6¿ to the fare. Taxis are not readily available from the hotel. Guests cannot catch a taxi from the hotel.
