Yene hue

A hotel in an excellent beachfront location, close to restaurants and cafés, with a supermarket nearby. The rooms are a bit dated but extremely clean. The lobby and dining room are renovated and look great, and the breakfast is excellent and varied.The staff is generally fine — some team members really went out of their way to help with information, taxi bookings, and more, while others were less helpful. Overall, a good place to stay.

What a great location this hotel was! Walking up to the pier was great. Many restaurants near the hotel. Grocery store is right around the corner. It was clean, cozy, comfortable and great customer service! I use my phone to translate our conversation and they were helpful. Even arranged pre 6am breakfast for our tour! Thank you very much-- Breakfast had many selections and it was delicious. I highly recommend for anyone. Wifi worked well. Would love to come back again!

I cannot think of any... except there were only 2 elevators and it had mix messages. Outside said max 6. Inside the elevator said 3... and another wall said 4. It did not matter, but it got a bit busy during breakfast time trying to get on an elevator. But over all, great place to stay and I highly recommended.

The Yene Hue hotel was excellent, the room was very spacious, the dining room was comfortable and bright and the breakfast was excellent, the staff was very helpful, it was excellent hospitality

Staff was very communicative and kind. They connect via Whatsapp so you can send requests and receive updates as needed. Room was fine, but the hotel is generally a bit out dated. You can sign out beach chairs for the day. Amenities were not it for me.. the pool area was small and crowded. i did get two massage services which, although the ladies were very nice, the skill was not there.Breakfast is great and location is terrific.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

I was there for work and the television was set up on the desk in my room, that would be the only negative.

Facility needs improvement. The bathroom didn’t look very clean. The massage lady asked for tip at the of the session.

Location is perfectly in the city centre, the room with sea view was excellent

Dont even have an electric kettle in the room(let alone bottom water) and need to go to another floor to get some water.Staff wasnt helpful enough to point out theres a much cheaper bus option from the nearby terminal bus station directly to Trelew airport and only suggested the expensive taxi service

The location is great, right in front of the beach. The staff was gentle all the time. Breakfast was well served and delicious. The hotel is well equiped with pool, gym and sauna. The room was comfortable.

I would like them to turn on the AC at the gym.

Location was great and staff were amazing and helpful. The room had a great view and was quiet despite being on the main road. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Good amenities in the room and breakfast had a lot of good options.

It was a bit tired and dated in the room itself

the standard is relatively low – the room are pretty used, and requires renovation to stand up to 4* standard declared by the hotel

The rooms furniture was terrible. I had the most expensive room and all the seats in the chairs were broken with the seat completely broken. They do not have temperature control in our rooms. They either have hit or cold air and during cold nights I was freezing. All the pipes that drained down from all the rooms made a terrible noise. Finally there are over 125 rooms and only one set of elevators.

We would like to say a special mention to the staff who were very accommodating and helpful during check in and check out. The hotel was in a great location to Downtown for restaurants and right on the waterfront. Great selection of food for breakfast too. Room was perfectly comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay.

If we had to say anythjng, the hotel was a little run down but it didn't really detract from our stay.
