Pros +
- Luxurious interiors.
- Pool area is nice but poorly maintained. Dinner very good.
- The hotel is supposed to be the best in Ushuaia and it is well located and pretty
Cons -
- No concierge, no manager on premises. No brochures for activities. No materials on restaurants. Takes a car cause Uber not reliable.
- Charmless and noisy
- The customer service is terrible . Problems to pay, to locate the reservations , they live permanently confused . They brought luggage that wasn’t ours to our rooms . The payment took a thousand calls and e mails although I tried paying in advance . On the day they wouldn’t let my people check in until they organized themselves to charge me - and it was a weekend and the accounting people were not around .Then rooms were not clean at 3 pm but they don’t let you check out one minute after 10 am . Would not recommend it

Best hotel in Ushuaia . Super comfortable and nice .
Paying was a story . I needed to pay in advance and it was a huge hassle
The staff were fantastic. The amenities were great. Our excursions had no issues. The lunch on the trek was huge. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was extensive. The spa staff were very accommodating and helpful for hiking around the property. The swim out pool and hot tubs had great views as did all the restaurants
Could use vent fans in the bathroom
Instalaciones espectaculares, habitacion impecable, comida deliciosa, staff respetuoso y atento. Excelente hotel

The location, the view, the excellent facilities
Amazing stay! This is by far one of the best hotels we have been at this level. It’s all top notch, the staff is great, the location and the views are breathtaking. The Cravia restaurant has the best dishes of teje city. The spa is fabulous with the indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a view of the mountains and city lights. Will return for sure!
Everything
Dinning area had very bright direct light. Space would benefit from dimmers and table top lights
Stunning Views, comfortable rooms, lovely facilities and friendly staff.
The breakfast was good.
For the amount you are paying you would expect basic services/amenities to be fulfilled. There was no kettle in the room (I had to ask several times), phone was not working in bedroom, no iron (extra cost), I was told I would get complimentary ironing but was charged during checkout. One of the biggest events took place in history of Ushuaia from a leading country, India, at Las Hayas Resort. The staff there did a magnificent job and were so well trained and immersed in culture (please contact the resort and ask them about their experience during Ram Katha. It will explain for itself!) I think staff should have been informed or stayed up to date with this and understand culture of guests. I felt like my dress code and attire was not accepted and I had staff ask me several times whether I am here to view the hotel or a paying guest! I was a paying guest and did not appreciate having to constantly verify this. Also, dinner menu is limited and EXPENSIVE. I would say more expensive than eating out in London at a fancy restaurant.
Wonderful food and drinks and a service that’s beyond expectation. I loved the fact that all we had to do is give our room number for any extras and had a detailed invoice sent to us prior to check out. Also, all transportation could be arranged by the front desk. Reliable and very professional staff.
Bathrooms should have better ventilation and natural oil / fragrance sprays that will match the atmosphere of the place.
Everything was fabulous especially the outside pool. Staff kind and helpful
High prices for meals and wine
The hotel was beautiful and the views were amazing. The pool and jacuzzis were lovely. We had a great dinner in the restaurant.
Beautiful location with great views of the Beagle Channel. Our room was wonderful. Breakfast was super and the one evening meal we had there plus lunches at the bar.
It was a little far out of town and the shuttle buses were not always convenient times although it was cheap enough to get an uber.
An absolutely amazing hotel, in the most picturesque environment, nestled above the town overlooking the whole area, could not fault anything about this property.Staff were excellent, food was amazing, including the breakfast buffet, room was fantastic with the most wonderful views at night.
Architecture and design?, view from spa, outdoor pool
Surprisingly bad coffee)
Great location outside the city with amazing view of Ushuaia and Beagle Sound! Great staff and huge wonderful spa. The hotel was the main event of our trip to Ushuaia along with the views and nature!
The trips suggested were disappointing. More for mass tourism. More customization of tours/ preferences needed for hotel guests.
Location and walking trails.
Distance from downtown, but they had a shuttle.
Beautifully constructed with quality wood finishes and furniture. The view over the Beagle Channel was breathtaking. The staff were great. While the hotel is a little outside Ushuaia, perched on a hill, the hotel shuttle is very efficient and Uber service was excellent and fares were reasonable. A beautiful gym.
The pool is quite shallow and had too much chlorine.
