The hotel.has great location, in the main street and everything is very close. The room is cosy and comfortable, great value for the price.

The breakfast is very poor, very few salty options. Even scrambled eggs are charged additionally.The sound isolation almost doesnt exist. I've heard neighbours laughing, talking, as if they are in my room.

The location is amazing. The free breakfast ends too early I believe, but I guess many tourists program their activities early on the morning. The organization of the twin beds could be better, I believe there’s more space on the room with door than the one close to the main door where the heater is almost on top of one of the beds.

A 3-star property. I asked for a double but got a twin overlooking the main street, which was noisy.

I stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The bathroom was very small, with some mold and an unpleasant "old" smell. The shower gel seemed watered down. If your room faces the street, you can hear everything from outside, and the walls are so thin it feels like people in the next room are talking in yours. Breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. Overall, not a great experience.

The position, the view, the staff kindness.

Very strange hotel: there was a kettle in the room, but no cups for making tea, every day you need to ask for cups. The control of the heating system, you need to call the staff to simply close a valve on a heater…The beds could be better, the sheets and towels are of very poor quality not at the price level of the hotel, the most expensive in Argentina. A 4 star hotel in Buenos Aires is much cheaper.

Decent enough hotel in the centre of Ushuaia and close to everything. Reasonable breakfast selection.

Our stay was impaired by the unclear and unreasonable charging of an additional 15% because the hotel uses a MEP/ BOLSA conversation rate via a website called DolarHoy.com that penalises tourists. Others should be beware as this mechanism is not clearly shown before booking, so the US$ price stated in Booking.com is inaccurate as you have to pay the hotel in ARG$ which effectively adds 15%. Even worse the hotel offered to cancel my booking if I paid in US$ in cash.

Great location. Convenience of food in the lobby and being close to everything. The room was big and well thought out and generally updated.

Unfortunately the walls are really thin and we could hear every thing our neighbors said as we were trying to go to bed.

The location was excellent, but we booked all the transfers with travel agencies that picked us up in our hotels, so we didn't need to be so well-located

The room was tiny, the heater was broken (we couldn't adjust it). We reached breakfast at 9:10, but there weren't glasses, forks, or dishes. The breakfast was pleasant, although there were no eggs or Dulce de Leche (in Argentina). The Staff were always in a hurry (it is a café and hotel - few staff for both). They were reforming the reception, so there was too much noise.

The main thing is the location, the hotel is in the entire center of the city near the main avenue that allows you to get around easily and quickly wherever you want to go, plus there are free parking lots nearby where you will always find a place to park the car you rented without any problem. .The hotel is beautiful, with many beautiful details and added to that it is a sustainable hotel. The details and the rooms make you feel like you are in a small cozy mackerel, which takes you to the literal clouds, because the bed was like lying on a cloud embraced with another cloud that was the padding, the bed was a paradise to rest in, which Perfect for when you are hiking all day, getting to take a good shower and rest in a cloud that hugged you.This without forgetting that the attention of the staff from the cleaning person to the manager, they have super attention, kindness and service 10 out of 10, a wonderful team that will make you feel like you are on the best vacation, without a doubt when you visit again. Ushuaia I will stay at this hotel again, I recommend it without a doubt!

Very nice hotel in the center of the main street of Ushuaia, good breakfast and available restaurant with sandwiches to take away.

Located in the town centre on the main road, Hotel Cap Polonio is a lovely hotel with on site bar-coffee offering sandwiches, quiches, salads, cookies, cakes, and drinks. Would come back.

Good location and we had a room with a view. Room was big and comfy
