Great location in town! Awesome reception staff! Stefan went out of his way to help us. Really appreciated him. Very nice room with everything you need and view of the channel. Breakfast is great!

The hotel was overbooked but they arranged for us to stay in a nicer hotel and were so courteous about the whole process. The staff was so helpful and kind and this made all the difference. The vibe was very welcoming.

The rooms didn’t had any soundproofing and you could here the cards from outside or whoever was walking on the top floor or outside of the room. The toilet was very small.

Clean, comfortable, great views and close to town. However noisy at night time and my bed right up against the elevator wall didn't allow for much sleep all night.

The WiFi was fast, rooms were clean and warm..Continuous hot water with good pressure..

The staff was very unfriendly..The favorite word of the lady at the reception ( I think her name is Fernanda, she wears braces) is “imposible” (Impossible in English).. Anything you ask her and she says Impossible.. There was no hospitality especially for the amount of money I paid for this accommodation..I had booked for 3 nights requesting for a room with a view and at first they gave me a tiny small room on the ground floor with no view..I requested the receptionist Fernanda multiple times for a room with a view and preferably on a floor which is not the ground floor and the first thing she told me was impossible..I asked her if it was possible to check for the second night and even for that she said impossible.. After much back and forth, since the room I booked for was with a view , I was given a room on the third floor with a view of the noisy main street..The staff is rude and unaccommodating..On top of that the staff doesn’t know English..It is extremely difficult to communicate with them and even with a google translator most times the response I received was “Impossible”..Breakfast isn’t good either and doesn’t have much variety though the breakfast staff seemed nice..The location is also at least 15 mins walk away from the center of the town..Better to look for another hotel because this definitely isn’t worth the money you are paying for and on top of that one of the receptionist is extremely rude..

Location was ideal, at one edge of what seemed to be the main street in downtown. All shops and cafes were walking distance. Nice view of the ocean. Pleasant lobby and restaurant area for breakfast with a good coffee machine, too.

Our bathroom kept running non stop. They came to try to fix it a couple of times and it would happen again. Other than that, great experience.

The 600+ rooms are situated next to a major road. Traffic noise was really bad, the racers and sime sort of musical horn were worse and often. I would never stay in one of those rooms again. Probably one of worse nights sleep in a long time. For a single woman traveler, this would be worse, the windows and doors open to the traffic. Would be an unsafe choice.

On the edge of town, which is only tiny, so everything is walkable but a little quieter. Staff are super friendly and helpful and room had pretty everything one could want (except a fridge). Supermarket is 50m away, which was super convenient. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable for a two-day stay.

Wifi was on the slower side but still worked. No fridge in room or fan/air-conditioning if there in summer but heating for winter. Lift is only small and can take some time to get, especially around breakfast. Breakfast room only small and can get crowded in peak hour.

A great place in the centre of the city. A very nice breakfast - they make fresh medialunas every morning! The staff are very attentive and the room was spacious. Definitely worth staying there!

Our room was uninhabitable. The road noise made it impossible to sleep. I would not recommend any of the rooms numbered 600-611 to anyone unless they were deaf, wore hearing aids, or liked freeway noise 24 hours per day. Our room was not worth half the price charged.

when i pay the room fee,the exchange rate is big difference with international rate,i was charged more money than booking price, the staff even can't give me a reasonable explanation,...

The breakfast was really good. A lot to choose from and served in a nice and light area with a view on the Beagle channel. The bed was comfortable and I liked all the wood in the hotel. A nice and hot shower and good curtains to keep out the light.

The only thing I disliked was that my room was on the side of a busy street with a lot of traffic. Had to wear earplugs.

Warm and cozy hotel, very nice and gentle staff, superb cleaning and great view of the square. Had some issues with credit card and payment method but they handled it very swiftly. I totally recommend it. 10/10

Lovely staff. It was close to the Main Street

We were put in a room by the main road which meant you could hear cars all night revving their engines, and lots of noise in general. The room was quite dirty. Not sure what it’s like in the main building. Definitely needs a bit of extra love and attention. I don’t think the cost reflects the room.
