Rosa De Los Vientos

I enjoyed the walk up and down the hill to main town- a short walk! The staff was great! There was a refreshing breeze that cooled off my room. I really enjoyed my stay!

I couldn¿t turn the showers on- so I took a bath

The location is good, about 5 minutes walking distance to the main street where there are many restaurants and shops. About 10 minutes walking distance to the pier where you start the boat tour; and about 2 minutes to a supermarket. Luggage storage service is available, very convenient.

Facility:The facility is a bit old, need to be renovated.Location: The way from the main street to the hotel is a steep slope.Others: If you prefer to stay in a quiet room, avoid room 520, it’s next to the stairs and the stairs is the only way to the reception and the breakfast hall, the breakfast hall is at the end of the stairs, and you can’t sleep after the breakfast starts at 7am, since you can hear people talking when they’re having breakfast.

Very friendly staff and they checked us in earlier, at 10am. We were very happy as we had a very early flight.

The location is up the hill from the town.There was not hot water in the evening There were noises in the night.

The ambience, the view of the surrounding mountains, the breakfast spread, the staff all were really amazing.

Lovely little place, comfortable, quiet and calm, and the staff was quite nice

We only had 1 issue, and it is really the only negative thing I have to point out. Everything else was great. On our second night, there must have been an issue with the heating because our room was really really warm… burning warm. We asked to put it down but it did not happen (reason why I assume something was not working well), because we were having trouble sleeping with how warm it was

The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The Rooms in the patio are cozy and charming and we appreciated the overall family feeling of the place.

The rooms, especially in the main building, are quite tired and would need some renovation. We were unlucky with our toilet which was malfunctioning and forced us to change room, however the staff was prompt and tried their best to solve the issues.It was high season so we surely overpaid the value of the facilities, yet for the price we would have expected a bit better quality of the whole hotel.

Great location. Friendly, staff who spoke excellent English. Clean, comfortable rooms and good breakfast at fair price.

The view is very beautiful. The room is big. The heating is good.

The bedclothes are dirty. Also, it seems that they don't do the dishes. They are so dirty, it's hard to find a clean knives, spoons, dishes and forks. The place is not well located, because you have to climb the hills.

Nice stylish place, a bit elevated location, good exercise to reach. Close to main attractions

Staff very friendly and helpful both on reception and room cleaners. In a quiet position in Ushuaia, previously in the town on main thorough fair, which was very noisy. Enjoyed sitting out under the trees, outside room and watching the birds. Excellent to have coffee and tea making facilities in room which we did not have in previous hotel. Uphill walk from town but keeps you fit.
