Hotel employees were great! We weren¿t able to exchange dollars to pesos and they helped us out by changing on site so we could pay the cab. Hotel employee was super helpful explaining all the different touring companies and which ones were the best

It¿s a common thing in Argentina that there are no sliding doors for the shower so water tends to splash out onto the floor. Make sure to ask for extra towels.

One of the best places I've stayed around the world. Modern, clean, spacious, good location, professional staff, good breakfast, free parking. Totally recommend it!

If I had to say something, more like a suggestion: put the heating on a lower level. It was too hot (even with the radiators closed!), the same in the restaurant.But it's a matter of personal preference anyway...

Not much, it was mostly pleasant but a front desk clerk wasn't that helpful when I needed it the most. But that's ok. Everything else was great!

The room was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

My door had an electronic lock and did not close properly without great force. The view outside my window was of an unfinished wall of the hotel, heavy metal staircase, and an alley with graffiti. When I asked to move rooms and was told the room was a standard room and that was what I booked. I offered to pay for an upgrade and, after I was asleep, at almost 11pm I was offered a $30 upgrade via WhatsApp. The included breakfast was presented with minimal effort.

Suite 303 was specious with great view. The bed is huge.

This room has a nice little Nespresso machine but know that only the first 2 coffee pods are free. You have to buy more from the office.

Super comfortable with a great Beagle Channel view. Staff was helpful, and having a restaurant in the hotel made it easier to be further from town center.

A bit of a walk to restaurants and stores

Excellent staff, very accommodating and attentive. The room was pretty with a wonderful view and a comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice. The restaurant in the hotel was also great.

Location is not far from the center, but requires stairs to reach

Its is a little bit outside the main city center. You need to take the stairs or go uphill so just be aware. (Taxi option is always there). Also check the restaurant timings properly. We were not aware of it closing early on Sunday

Everything .The room was pristine clean .Comfortable beds .Super clean bathroom . The towels and sheets super clean and of excellent quality .The breakfast was excellent .They provide housekeeping.The front desk staff are super helpful.Location is also excellent
