Kilpa Hotel

Location, services, food

Around the hotel very nice

Very hot in the room

Staff are polite and friendly (especially Mariam at the restaurant, she is very helpful and active with a good smile).

Family suite was very confined. Beds are not comfortable. Only 1 room with 2 sofa beds at the hall. No TV in the bedroom. Booked family suite for 4 people & provided services for 2 people. Had to ask receptionist to supply extra toiletries and cups, tea, water …… etc.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel staff for their warm hospitality, excellent service, and kind cooperation. Special thanks to Fikri, Maryam, Shoaib, Mohammed, Qadr & Ruya ♥️The staff’s smiles and flexibility in dealing with guests truly made our stay comfortable and joyful.Personally, I appreciated the hotel’s location away from the noise near the lake, offering peace and quiet as well as their great attention to cleanliness. We’ll definitely be back, insha’Allah!

My sisters preferred if there is AC, but I was fine with it

location, breakfast, cleanliness, and very friendly staff with good value for money.short walking distance to waterfalls area and 10 minutes walk to uzungol lake .Breakfast feels like homemade food.

good location and clean rooms. would be good for one to two nights.

no air conditioning in the rooms and rooms were small. the doors and windows were open at the breakfast area so all the bees and flies were at the buffet and table.

The staff were very helpful and breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a great location.

Could be noisy

Location

They are not honest i asked before i made the reservation about air condition they said yes but there was no air conditioning, the bathroom was very smelly and need to fix , breakfast fast buffet was poor .

Good hotel nice staff

Room space i wish if it big

Nice hotel to stay, but but room was not the one what we have selected according to the view. Also room was very small. Breakfast: food was good, but they don't have much verity.

Hotel is located in very quiet area surrounded by all facilities needed.

No Air condition at the rooms Poor quality and minimum quantity of amenities.

Very clean and modern. Staff was excellent.

Little far away from lake.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable

There is no AC in the room despite the description of the room saying that it is available. The weather was nice and we could have opened the window, but there was no window sieve, so we could either sleep in the heat or risk getting mosquitoes in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was excellent!

Internet was slow, limited food choice for the already paid for half board

The staff are all amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was great.

It's a bit farther from the lake, but the place is quiet.

Staff of the hotel were very nice and friendly fikry and Aycha and Maryam all state were exceptional and they were always very respectful

The location

Bed were bad, Internet not stable, just one elevator.

Amazing view , perfect location and friendly staff ( mr fikry)

The location within good walking distance from the lake. The staff are very helpful and friendly

The room is Very small with limited space . The bathroom too small. The prayer rug size for children!

Nicely located hotel with a beautiful view and surroundings
