Excellent hospitality, Whole staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Mehmat (Check In), Beautiful rooms, Excellent breakfast, full vlaue of money.

Nothing except the atmosphere outside was so cold and inside the room it was not that warm

The hotel is located in a very good area, and the staff are attentive and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although they could be more well-organized. Overall, it was a pleasant experience

The internet was of poor quality and there were constant connection issues.The breakfast was not varied, with a very limited selection, and there were no drinks available at all — not even water, only tea.

Breakfast buffet. The plates were not sanitized. The food was the same every day. There were no food label displays. Contamination was at its peak. New food was dumped on old food in the containers on top of the moisture build-up. There were no alcohol sanitizers at the site. I got sick from this experience that I am recovering from up until writing this review at the comfort of my home. As for the room itself, there was fallen wallpaper from some places. They didn't care to fix them. The bed frame was painful while getting down or standing up. The TV was tilted. It was hung wrong against the wall. There was no chair for the vanity because there was no space for it. But there were 2 velvet chairs in the room that couldn't fit under the vanity. The shower gel bottle in the bathroom was not working. The shower head was wrapped with plastic paper bag to prevent the water from leaking. Although there was a fan in the bathroom, it wasn't working.

The way how I checked in I didn’t like it at all. When I asked the stuff to remove the garbage plastic bag stuck on my rooftop of my room which made a difficulty to stay at the balcony they just said sorry with no any action!!!.No A/C

Just the location , everything else was bad

Staff totally unfriendly , not helpful and hardly smile especially the ones on the reception , room was very small and lacking basic amenities ( no tissue and not even a single bottle of water “ when we asked them they said they do not provide such things in rooms ! “ , one roll of toilet paper “ additional could be provided at request “ . No one receiving you carrying your luggage on arrival and no one helping you to carry your luggage to the room . Room has no A/C in case of need leaving you with the only option available which is opening the window and risk of having all types of flying insects coming inside the room …

The location The view

The stuff was not professional at all. They confirmed our reservation, which was two bedrooms with river view next to each other for me and my kids. Then we were shocked with two separate rooms into different buildings with street view. than they didn't even apologise for their mistake and try to convince us it was our mistake until I showed them the text messages! They don't have an elevator, and the bathroom smells very awful.

I would highly recommend.Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The gardens are very well looked after. Room was very clean and spacious. Great location too. Close to the lake.

I like to stay outside but there was a cat always There this was a bit annoying me. It came to stay with me on my table. ?
