Bathroom was terrible, water was stuck, impossible to take a bath

every thing , the coffee shop is the best

i asked to be in the second floor although it is empty and same price but the manager refuse and he put me in the fourth floor , no elevator

room was dark, without real window. smells like a gas station.team was slick and not supportive at all.the place is spoiled by too many tourists. uzun gl is like a big entertainment park with noisy people.

Staff are pleasant and helpful.The location is very nice, close to the lake.

The small window in the toilet would not close and it gets cold inside.The room is small for what you pay.No fridge to keep your food, no water warmer to make tea/coffee.

Good location on the lake with nice view.

Our room was in the 1st floor, everyone walking in the street could see inside, the shower was leaking.

I like the location, the view, the wooden room is exceptional.Staff are very kind, helpful and friendly.

The good points: - The location is perfect- They have free parking- They helped us to carry the luggage upstairs and down at checkout

I was given a very small room with 2 single beds although I booked different room, and all they could say is that this is the only available room so you have to take it!! Not even a single apology Everything else was terrible, very old and outdated furniture, the room have beds only and 1 chair, nothing elseToilets are not very clean and need maintenance Breakfast is badNo AC, No elevatorChecking in took long time

size of the room (very small)the ceiling at some points are incredibly low ( i hit my head like 3 or 4 times).zero sound proofing.no elevator.the hotel in general looks very old but the service is excellent.

the service is bad and they do not offer any thing like iron heater, water, coffee, you have to buy everything by your own and they dont have elevators also the shower was not work

Location v good. Ibrahim was very helpful others having difficulty with language . Toilet too small, hotel have no lift difficult to use stair for old people .

- The hotel owner is well mannered and professional person and very helpful. - Great rooms and amazing coffee in the ground floor, it honestly was the prettiest hotel in Uzungol.- The staff are very helpful and they can arrange cars for you.

- No elevator in the hotel, but it is only 3 floors.

The room was so small with very bad bed mattress & the shower not working well. Besides that I booked deluxe room with lake view, but the room was in the last floor with very low ceiling bad experience!

No air condition, i was barely able to sleep. Very good staff. the floor was very dirty.

Cozy place with nice view through the window. Everything os very near - mosque, shops, lake.

Little bit cold while having breakfast and problems with hot water in romm (starts getting hotter after 5-10 min).
