- It was hard to find anyone available after 6 at reception. Even at the restaurant we had to look for the staff most of the time. We had an emergency case that required us to go back home 2 days earlier therefore we requested the hotel if we can minimize our stay for 2 days instead of four however when we spoke to the director Atilla he refused to help and did not accommodate our emergency situation. His behavior with us was rude and unprofessional. He did not try to find any solution or reach to any compromise. As a result we had to leave a day earlier and bear the cost of the two rooms ourselves. This was very disappointing to us and we had such an unpleasant stay at the hotel

Location
The hotel was supposed to be a 5 star hotel when it definitely wasnt in every way. Bed sheets were always dirty Upon arrival room wasn’t clean we called room service but so much delay sometimes they wouldn’t even come.Receptionist wasn’t professional by appearance and wasn’t always available we had to call her every time we needed something and wait for her. Insects and bugs inside the room. Didn’t worth the value of money for such property and very bad service.
