Old, deprecated and dirty. The carpets are blackened, the pillows and bedsheets are old and crumpled.

The staff was very friendly

I stay in summer the room was very hot the air conditioning system was very poor

the deluxe rooms are the best and I recommend the most as for the value and the space is big enough more comfortable and clean

Location is good. Staff is friendly and nice. Hotel was sufficiently clean. The only issue was the limescale on the shower head.

The water in the swimming pool was too cold for me, despite outside being 30+ degrees.

The staff were fantastic and so very very helpful. I liked it so much there that when my plans changed unexpectedly and I returned to Antep I came back here to stay.

I loved everything about this hotel! It was local to shops, hairdressers and many other places. The room was exceptionally clean and was big and came with everything you need including an aircon which was very helpful during the warm month of July! Everything about the hotel was 10/10 from staff to the facilities available! I want to extend my thanks to Samet who works at the Reception during the night for being very hospitable and incredibly helpful and always answering all of my questions, to Cansu who greeted me with a smile every morning during breakfast and who again answered all of my questions and for being very hospitable and to Ismail who worked on the Reception floor during the day again, greeted me with a smile every time he saw me! I cannot thank these 3 people enough for their kindness, although I was there for 1 week only I truly felt at home for the service and customer care given. In addition, I would like to also extend my thanks to all the cleaners who cleaned my room everyday and to the interns who prepared breakfast every morning and greeted everyone including myself with a smile and to the security outside who always had a smile on his face. Please don't hesitate about booking this place it is incredible and well worth the money!

I liked everything!

This is one of my favorite hotel in Gaziantep I have been there more then 10 times as I am going 2 to 3 times a year for business in Gaziantep I always try to stay there as it’s about 15 minutes walk to bazaar and easy excess to the highway so for that reason that’s my favorite and always was the same hopefully I will be there soon Also there breakfast good as well When ever I have time I try to eat and the rooftop restaurant as well

The breakfast was ok and the staff were very helpful. The hotel location was good and the area was nice.

The major problem we faced was cigarette smoke coming through the AC vent. They moved us to another room on a non-smoking floor but it made no difference.

This hotel is the best place to stay in Gaziantep or possibly even the whole of Turkey. The room was comfortable and quiet and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and friendly and offered to arrange a taxi to the airport.

I've been in this hotel for a several times, staying in there really comfortable, quite place, the stuff very helpful, location is perfect, clean rooms...and more to tell I do recommend the hotel for all purpose.

No swimming pool inside

They said they have a swimming pool, but in fact it was not, they have one outside which can be used only in summer.

I ordered room service and my cheese burger bun was very cold didn’t enjoy it but hey not a big issue also my first choice club sandwich wasn’t available for a 5 star hotel I found this a bit strange

A very nice hotel with good facilities. My room was extremely well valeted, thank you Osman, housekeeper.

While the staff were friendly, I noted that the reception staff spoke very little English which was surprising, given the star rating of the hotel. The rooftop pool was very small with a canvas hood, obscuring the sun. The pool was not really a feature of the rooftop space.

The room is large and clean. Free parking. The breakfast is great. The family option (2 adults + 2 kids ) is perfect for families. The staff is very polite, pro, and nice. Good value for money. I recommend this hotel.

Prices of items in the mini bar are a bit expensive.
