Shimall Deluxe

It was clean.

No bar or mention on the website that it does not serve alcohol. Only 2 bottles of water is provided especially when it say that the tap water is UNDRINKABLE! Why should the guest have to bring their own water. There was no place to buy the water bottle

- Breakfast is good!- Gym is well equipped!- Rooms are big!

- Room had a desk but no real chair to sit on!- Gym has no free drinking water, which is standard in any other hotel!- There are almost every evening wedding partys on the ground floor, which last until late night. The music is very loud and disturbing if you are trying to sleep!- There is no supermarket or restaurant close to the hotel!

The room was spacious and staff friendly

Not much effort is done to improve the breakfast. The cleanliness can be made better and for a new hotel it needs more maintenance

The hotel is fine, the Swimming pool / Spa very nice and big enough.Price/performance ration is fine. The age and the time elapsed since the last refurbishment is clear, but the intent to keep things intact can be seen.

Furniture in the room is quite run-down.The concrete below the floor/carpet is uneven so in the room ans on the corridor.

Lot of choice and good coffee. Goid timing and no wit for service

Breakfast was pretty good- no changes needed

location & facilities @ staff

smell of the bathroom and sofa is to low

we had some very helpful staff and one in particular (Dogan) was very helpful, he did alot to make our stay comfortable and even assisted in helping us find some places to go eat and exchange money and even helped to get me set up with a Turkish phone line. the breakfast was also very good and lots of variety and pretty good quality. the rooms were also nice and spacious and clean. There was also ample parking available on site but if full there is a valet service available aswell.

Nothing stood out and I found my overall experience there pretty great.

hotel was luxury clean and had a lot of things around it and within the premises rooms were wide

everything was amazing if i had to complain maybe no aircon within the lift areas of each floor

Parking place

bad food, old fruits in the morning.Definitely not 5star

Breakfast is very good, the location is perfect and the services are perfect.

The lift (asansör) IS WORKING properly. delaying you some munites.

new building, good-furnished rooms, kind receptionists, easy arrival and free parking immediatelly at the entrance, 5-7min walking from the tram endstop Mrdliye (15-20min ride to the center)

windows both walls could be better soundproofed, lifts are very slow, breakfast could be more rich (no scrambled eggs, no juices (just for request), coffee from Nescafé machine is not extra good)

it's the best 5 star hotel in antep , clean, good price and special thanks for the receptionist Fatima she's made our stay very comfortable

no alcoholic drinks in the hotel

cleanliness

no bar, no lounge , the rooms are little bit hot

The breakfast could be improved with fresh tea or coffee. Fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheeses, bread etc would also be good. The smoking area is also very close to the breakfast room - this is not ideal.

The bedding could be crisp, cotton sheets. Lighting in the rooms could be improved. There was an issue with hot water in the showers - either too hot or cold.

Good location

Decent place to stay

The lighting in the room was little and some lights did not have switches to control them

Everything from the staff to the facilities were very good. Staff was very friendly.

the hotel is in a good location

no dental kit there..

Exceptional

Departe de centrul istoric.

clean and neat . upon checking inn i got a room upgrade
