Pros +
- corner room410, beautiful , manager kindly left a welcome fruit platter and note for us. Comfy bed.Excellent strong shower, powerful hairdryer. The basement pool was clean, perfect temperature. The steam room was the best I've ever experienced.
- Location, cleanless
- The hotel is excellent for business trips. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of new dishes each day. I also want to highlight the quality of the on-site restaurant. Signature dishes like the stuffed bulgur balls and the Ramada steak burger are both outstanding and highly recommended. Special thanks to Mr. Mehmet Erzin for addressing an issue I encountered with great professionalism and care. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Ramada Hotel. In my opinion, it stands out as the best 5-star option.
Cons -
- Despite leaving the room at 9 a.m. with "clean the room" sign switched on, when we returned at 4 p.m. the room had not been cleaned. Staff forgot that our room price included breakfast. Restaurant dinners lack fresh veg. No alcohol on premises
- Pillows were not good and comfortable.
- The reception staff could benefit from additional training to improve efficiency and communication with guests.

Good breakfast, fast WiFi, outside and inside parking
Toiletries are not replenished on time, sometimes empty boxes are put without them. Vacuum cleaning is rare. Some double-glazed windows are broken and do not close tightly, noise from the ventilation unit opposite the hotel windows.
