The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the sea and the centre of all services. And the staff are all very wonderful.

There are no unexpected observations.

The location

Hard to found a parking near the hotel and it was very noisy at night because of the restaurant nearby

Great hotel, everything is clean and tidy. ‏The room view is beautiful.Hotel area is quiet, safe, and there are all services around it.For example: In front of the hotel are alots of restaurants, a supermarket, and a police station. A shopping Mall "aljawhra" is a two-minute walk away. The hotel is 13 minutes away from the airport by car. The staff is friendly and They speak English. Especially ms Sevgi Very nice, helpful and always smiling. She welcomed us when we arrived to hotel and tried to provide all our needs. Thank you so much. bonus for hotel…. Early check-in at 12 PM.

Room service I turned on the cleaning sign and they didn't come for a whole day. When I saw them I called them out.Only 2 bottles of water per day as per hotel policy. You must order it from the hotel restaurant. It cannot be ordered when the restaurant is closed.Breakfast is very small and not varied.
