Park Dedeman Trabzon

I have been to this hotel many times. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean, and the size of the rooms is excellent.

Location.

Reception staff. They were not friendly. Furniture in the rooms is old.

Reception employees very helpful

No swimming pool no spa facilities

the breakfast was nice

I ask to change my room cus it’s noisy in close to road but they refuse they are not helpful except man car, housekeeping took my prayer mat don’t keep anything special in your room at all I mean in every hotel not only this ?

Breakfast was amazing! House keeping was very well trained!

I was told that they will credit miles on my smiles and miles credit card, but I never received any. There was some special deal going on with I used that credit card.

The hotel room was spacious and with all necessary facilities/amenities as per international standard.

We had a junior suite with sea view - in front of the hotel, between the hotel and the sea there's another building and we only got a short opening view to the sea.

My stay in this hotel was extremely great. This is my second stay. I would like to thank all saff who were really doing their job perfectly, specifically the admin guys Shaima and Uzgur. When requesting to change to other room immediately, they have changed it.Of course, not to forget Sefa auzun. Ebru and Delara. They are the best they never hesitate to help me.Big thanks to all staffI strongly recommend this hotel..They have Amaizing breakfast.

location size of Room

I requested for higher floor given lower floor noise by the road housekeeping need to improve improve cleaning

The location of the hotel is excellent and clean, and there is a supermarket close to it and it has almost all the needs. There are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The breakfast buffet is very good and the price is reasonable. The staff is very classy, especially Hakan and sema , thank you

nothing, everything was fine

The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfy

Nice respetion staff, good location and clean rooms .

Location is best. Room is neat and clean.Male reception staff was very helpful and good attitude.

Everything was perfect, except female receptionist was little annoyed and a bit angry to deal.Room Windows are high and small. Shattaf is not available in washroom and also in most of the hotels.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.the rooms are very clean , comfortable, big .everything is perfect

Everything was great. Staff is very welcoming. Hotel is in a great place. I also like the free parking

The room is big size

The location it's in the middle of furniture shops not nice view, the breakfast is very bad, most of the staff can't speak Arabic or English, can't have even a tea when I asked for strong one

Everything is great and the location was in the middle of all my trips! In the reception Shaymaa was very helpful and great person.

I like the Hotel location, safety and friendly

Quick check in , friendly staff , location on the sea and near by supermarket.

The Staff were well trained, Friendly & welcoming.

The staff and the location

The variation in the breakfast is limited, cleaning the rooms was not optimal and the room cards were frequent in need for programming almost every day.
