Rooms are clean and comfortableLocation is fair, not exactly centered but good enough (10ish minutes to everywhere in the area).Talk to them about ferries and transfers, made it easy and cheaper for us to book it with them.

A little overpriced, but it might was because of high season prices.. I'm not sure about room service, we didn't ask but weren't offered one either.

The location is pretty good, close enough to the center and all the bars and restaurants but far enough to be quiet.

Uncomfortable beds and mostly inconsistent water temperature in the shower. We had 2 rooms and they both had the same problem. We were struggling because one moment the water was way too hot and 5 seconds later the water was just cold.

Location is great. Far enough from the village that gets quite noisy at night so you can sleep well, but still close to that area for good restaurants. Also close to the beach and our scuba diving company we booked with

We booked a room with 2 beds. There was 1 big queen bed and 1 small single bed. We would’ve maybe liked 2 double beds as the space allowed it?

Accessible, quiet area, clean

The location was good, everything else was not good. The bathroom was not clean (streaky mirror and black substance underneath the sink). There was a huge gap above the door to the balcony so the air conditioning did not work properly. The bin was not emptied once and they did not give any replacement toilet paper

Comfy bed, good air con, good location, nice staff, walking distance to beach / 7/11 / bike rental shops / restaurants.

No lift and we were on the 4th floor, the main issue was the bathroom smelt really bad, they’re clearly aware of the issue because when we first came in it smelt so strongly of air freshener but when we came back a couple of hours later it smelt horrible! A rotting damp smell

Location is closely located to the main street but still down a quit alley so no noise. Hotel was clean and nice staff who could storage our luggage until checkin.

The building is very close to another hotel so you can see the guests in their rooms and they can see you.

Air con and fan in room so you can choose which you prefer, lovely staff, rooms are big and nice balcony. Better than expected. Amazing Muay Thai gym 1 minute away!

Nothing to fault, toilet had an issue on the first day but it was sorted immediately so not a fault really!

good location, Close to Sairee beach, Bike shop, laundry, many restaurants etc..

its difficult to control temperature of shower.I dont know that need to pay 500 bt deposit.

We had to constantly ask for toilet paper because they did put enough every time they cleaned the room. Also the bathroom window was missing the glass so the mosquitoes can get inside.

This hotel was an absolute disaster. The rooms were filthy—our toilet paper wasn’t changed, and one room smelled strongly of dampness. They had the audacity to charge us 300 baht (half the room rate) for a dirty towel, claiming it was beyond cleaning and had to be thrown out (which is fake). The staff were rude and one even pretended not to speak English to avoid addressing our complaints. This place is a nightmare, and I will never, ever return.

Our room was full in ants. They was walking in our bed and biting us all night. All the rooms are full of ants. And hotel owner refunded only for remain 3 days not for all nights. And we had to find new one hotel very early morning thouth we didn’t sleep well.

Great staff. Close to the beach 7 min walk.Room was a good size with daily free water and coffee. Cleaned daily.

It was ok for me, but our balcony was facing other building so closely that it was like dacing a wall Also.the room was dark, which I liked as i could sleep easily nad we were out a lot.
