Staff was nice

The pictures looked nothing like the rooms we were placed in. Apparently the lowest end rooms were across from the actual hotel and were very low end. Wouldn't have stayed here if we knew this.

On the edge of all the action, but just outside the noise. Great design on the units. Upstairs units had windows on all four sides that allows the breeze to flow through. Super chill poolside patio where you can watch the ocean.

TV channels limited. Soap in bathrooms low grade.

Old hotel, not very comfortable beds, fashion towel, braekfast not good.

Location was great, really close to all the restaurants and shops and overlooking the sea/beach. When the tide is down you can go directly to the beach from the hotel. One of our rooms had a wonderful view from the balcony and was really spacious. The other one was a good size. Both were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The pool was fantastic and had a nice view too. All the staff were fantastic and really quick to respond to any questions or request. The hotel's restaurant provided a varied breakfast and it also serves tasty meals at a reasonable price.

Pros:- beautiful sunset deck to enjoy the ocean and sunset.- rooms facing the swimming pool, you can walk out in a bikini and towel for a swim.- connection to the beach, just going down a few steps and you're on the sand.- Many restaurants, beach clubs, bars walking distance.- Comfortable beds and great aircon and lighting.- We were allowed to pay an extra 200baht for late checkout at 1pm.- Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:- The hotel doesn't have a taxi company's number to call a taxi for you and theirs is always busy. I've never been to a hotel where they can't call you a taxi!!- The breakfast is a no go, so I would book the stay without breakfast included.- The rooms are very rundown with the shower nearly falling off the wall, paint flaking off in the ceiling, holes in the wall covered up from previous stuff hanging there, but I didn't really care about that as we were out most of the day.- Many people by the swimming pool smoking and drinking, so my family and I just tried to stay further away. Still had a wonderful stay.

This place was amazing! Clean and quiet with only the sounds of lapping waves. And the pool was refreshing and clean.

breakfast could have been a little more options but was ok since there is lots of options of food on the island.

Nice big bed..Very comfortable. Excellent views of Sairee Beach and ocean. Very friendly staff.

Couldn't work the TV. There were no reception to get a channel. Should have Dvds available to rent.

The beach is useless front of the hotel, U have to walk up steep hill to access to hotel from the beach. If ure with kids or stroller ure going to work hard to climb that hill. the hotel is totally non kid friendly, the railings on the second floor are super dangerous, the pool is super dangerous as well. its dodgy, the stairs are slippery and narrow and the pool is old and quite dirty. the restaurant is open on the opposite side of the road, so kids are constantly running to the road where motos are riding, so no chilled breakfast, lunch or coffee. With kids is the worst place we stayed. breafkast was poor. so no value for this money

Amazing location, pools, room and staff. I recommend to anyone, especially if you are not keen on renting a scooter as its super easy to get to everything and the travel kiosk next door is so helpful to getting around the island to places not walkable.We looked long and hard for a place to stay and since coming, are sure this is the best in terms of value, location and comfort! Wonderful beds too!

Good location on the beach near all shops and restaurants. Nice pools. Simple breakfast with good egg station, no variety over a week. Snorkelling out front was good

Room 213 has a serious seeping raw sewage problem. At first told because of rain and drain overflow but further investigation proved that the toilet above had sewage weeping from the room above to side wall and runs down. You can smell pee and in the heat it gets worse and dries yellow on the wall. This is a health and hygiene issue that needs to be addressed

Very nice swimming area at the beach. Location great, nice balcony. Spacious rooms. There are cats roaming around (very gentle cats). Right next door you can book snorkling tours and also book bikes at reasonable prices. Breakfast was ok, with an egg station.

Towels and bedsheets are old and tend to have stains. Cleaning is very often late afternoon, when we already come back from long swimming day.

The hotel was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. Pool was nice and there were sunbeds most days. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Towels were a bit old and shabby and it was a little tired.

We stayed in the one bedroom beachfront unit which had fantastic views and was spacious. The Hotel was in a great spot, walking distance to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Koh Tao which can be a bit noisy if you stayed right in the centre. Beach was literally at the doorstep.

A nice surprise on arrival at the pier was a free transfer to the resort.The staff were all very helpful, and the place was just like the photos. We hired a motorbike from here and had no issues at all.The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.It's also a great location for walking along the busiest part of the island for food & drinks.

Great location! Amazing view overlooking the sea. 3 lovely pools to enjoy and sunbed looking out onto the water.
