Great location, close to the beach and activities.

The location is excellent. The room is very, very large and spacious, and the staff were lovely, welcoming, and friendly

The water pressure in the shower was excellent and strong, but the water did not drain properly. As a result, the shower would flood and you end up standing in dirty water, as the drain could not handle the water pressure.We also had a minor issue with the room lock. We were not always able to lock the door properly from the inside, although it did lock every time when we left the room, so at least we felt safe in that regard.

Room was clean… beds were comfortable. Location is great.

They did not have transportation at the pier like she said she would. Did not answer phone. So we just grabbed a taxi. Not the end of the worldBut seemed to be dozens of hotels were waiting for their guest arrivals.

This is a great value for money spot, you cannot get a better location on Sairee beach. All of the best restaurants are right on your door step. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our few days at AC2 Resort.

There is really nothing we didn't like. For the price this is a great place.

Perfect location, in front of the beach, the room was very big and modern. Additionally, the hotel has a nice restaurant with good Thai dishes

Sometimes the service was a bit too slow, but still always nice

Property has a good location and the room offered everything we needed. I specifically liked that the airconditioning cooled the room down perfectly without blowing air into our faces at night. The rain shower was also sublime with high water pressure.

Staff was not the most customer-friendly. Ignored us when we tried to check out, didn’t inform us about maintenance works during which there were loud wall drilling noises and no water so we weren’t aware of it and in the restaurant they didn’t seem to care about us really. Such a shame considering everything else was excellent.

Shower didn't work well in our room

The resort is located just a 5-minute walk from the ocean, right on the first coastline. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

However, there is ongoing construction on the property, and the furniture and appliances are quite old — some of them either don't work or work poorly.If you are mainly looking to enjoy your time on the island and don't mind these issues, this place could be a good option.

The resort was well located along the walking street of Sairee Beach. The room was located in a rather quiet spot within the resort - not much noise to be heard from Maya bar, the main road at the back, nor the construction work inside the resort itself.The room was spacious with basic furnishings and the bathroom was ok - not current standard, but ok.The mattress was pretty hard, the aircon did just work when one was in the room, making it quite uncomfortable upon returning to the room.As a comment, there was a deposit to be paid upon arrival, which was not clearly mentioned beforehand.

Almost nothing

AC2 has changed a lot. You get a formal response to all requests – "sorry, we can't" or "we don't have that." There was no responsiveness, everything is clear according to the price list. New cottages are being built on the territory and old ones are being added. Two weeks before arrival Booking.com warned me that construction was underway and asked if I would leave a reservation? But it was not clear from this message that the construction would take place right under your door, at your window. In this case, it was necessary to lower the price, or warn your future guests in LARGE RED letters that the construction is being carried out right in the center of the hotel! Previously, buffet breakfast was included in this hotel, but now they are not. They could also put water under the door if we didn't need a tidy room, but we had to go and ask for water at the reception. Bungalows are getting older every year and they need care. I regret that I booked AC2, I should have taken another one.

Great sized room, with good warm shower and comfy bed. Good location and free transport to/from pier was nice touch.

Room was big-ish

Lot of on site construction all day, so cant chill.at night here the night music in downtown til 3am. No room cleaning - they tell you next day supposed to drop key w reception by noon if housecleaning- but don't tell you at checkin - qlso pool bar across the street is run by local mafia(see reviews), and this hotel same owner (ac resort, ac bar) - so connect the dots...hear traffic from main road during day as well

Great location, nice room with own pool, sun loungers and hammock.

Pool is advertised as private, but it's not. It is for your personal use, but it is overlooked from all sides and above.There is building work going on within the complex until Feb 2026.

Great location, nice restaurant right next to the hotel, pretty friendly staff, nice big room with nice bed, nice balcony, good walk in shower.

Pool signage and drop off, walk through an unmarked entrance with a heavy bag for a long time, no greeting, finally ditched the bag and find someone who didn't seem to care that I was checking in. Not a great arrival. The lighting was not great in the space, particularly in the bathroom. I did not particularly like that they would not clean the room without you bringing your key to the front desk by 12pm. I ended up not getting the room cleaned the whole week as it was just not convenient.

private resort next to beautiful beach. Places to eat and drink in abundance. Exactly as described and what I wanted. Room not cleaned every day but that wasnt a problem for me and they probably would have done would i have asked. Livelier Island than I thought due to the amount of backpackers but again, not a problem as most places close at a reasonable time and are quiet in the morning.

A change of towels every day would certainly have pleased my partner but not enough to ruin a week there.

The room smelled like an open sewer. I asked staff to come in and they smelled it too and would fix it, but nothing happened.The pool did not function.The beds were very hard.Far too expensive.
