JP Resort Koh Tao

We stayed in the bungalow R3 and was everything perfect.Good location, we can see a little bit of the sea from our balcony. And that beach is where you can watch the sunset.7-Eleven nearby.The staff was really attentive.

The hotel didn’t provide any pick up from the pier, and they have a car for that.

The complex apartment was well located with the big swimming pool and all commodities around. The room was clean and the hotel staff was really polite and smiling person.

Everything was great.

Room was extremely dirty. Wasn’t expecting much with the low cost, but arrived and found stains on walls and floors that could be easily wiped off.

The facilities were good , good pool good bed .

shower was not good, hot water but bad shower head . A lot ants inside the room in the pool view room .

The room was big and the balcony had an amazing view. The location was right on the beach and had nice restaurants and bars nearby.

The shower worked really weirdly and they will only clean your room if you ask them to. The pool was a big reason we booked and it was closed while we were there, without warning or refund.

Lovely pool with a decent amount of loungers. There was a super chill restaurant and bar with a pool table overlooking the beach. The staff were super helpful and kind. The room was a decent size and in good condition.

The bed was impossibly firm to the point of being uncomfortable.

Even though I stayed a week and rented a motorcycle for a week they still charged me for a ride to the pier at Koh Tao extortionate rate. You’ll find everything is about double the price of the mainland on this overpriced and overrated island.

The beach club was nice and a more chill area.

Part of the property is fully under construction and unfortunately our room was located within the construction zone. This part of the resort was unkept and flooded, we had to walk in knee deep gross construction water to access our room and only our room was affected which was a disappointment. It shouldn’t have been rented in the state it was in.

It was very close to the lower bay

It is a construction site !!!! From the morning noise , I had to leave a day before I couldn’t stand it ! They build the resort and host people at the same time . The pictures of the place are deceiving it looks like the resort is on the beach but it’s not. The power plugs in the room are not located in a way you can use them . The shower head is located in a very weird place . It’s like there was zero thought when building the room

Clean room, nice pool

Very noisy with construction during the day, and loud guests late at night. Bed too firm for my liking.

The stairs are a bit hard to walk. The pillows were dirty and the room was very hot and has a weird smell.

We have a beach bungalow and it was PERFECT! Being so close to the beach and the little resto/beach bed area was lovely! The area is nice, short walk to lookouts and freedom beach! I do not suggest renting a motor bike

The only thing we would have liked to have is a safe, but it wasn’t much of an issue

Twin bungalow very noisy,,and opsite bar every night loud till 3 am

The rooms are well laid out, with outdoor seating area, and a small hanging space for clothes. The pool was right outside, ideal for a refreshing dip or lounging around in the sun. The beach is directly outside the bar area and like most on the island is quite small, but then the sea is crystal clear and ideal for snorkelling.

There was no tea/coffee facilities, but this was not a real inconvenience given the reasonable price and the room in general.

The location, close to the beach is quite nice and the pool is pretty too

The room I had (number 21), was extremely ugly and outdated, far from the pictures presented, holes in the ceiling, a single ceiling light which was barely enough to give a creepy light in the room at night. There is no hot water and one noisy ventilator, which is good because the construction of the building with a metal roof transform it into an oven during most of the day. The furnitures were mostly broken, with huge holes and impacts on it.

The swimming pool was located right outside our door

It was fairly basic. Don’t expect luxury. The shower wasn’t great.
