Lovely room Great staff

Although I knew there were steps, didn’t realize so many… was forewarned. Staff kindly offered refund or different room.In the end, we stayed in same room and coped with steps. Excellent restaurant across street and lovely sandy beach

It's in a decent location, 50m from a nice beach and bay

The facilities are minimum, no fridge or tv. Not a deal breaker but other bungolows are less expensive and offer these facilities.

Good location! Pretty close to the beach.

Bungalow was not very clean. There were bugs in the bed. Tried to look past a couple of ants but ended up leaving at 9pm because I felt so uncomfortable with the bugs. Got a few clusters of bites on my legs from sitting on the bed a bit. Only was able to get 50% of my money back. Unsure if this is a problem with all the bungalows but did end up laundering all my things for fears of bed bugs.

The room is quiet small, very tight with neighbors and you can hear them.

It is a sympathetic bungalow with a nice hammock on the terrace. We had a peaceful stay.

The bed looked like a bed but felt like a floor. It was hard to get used to sleep in the bed and I had every night difficulties with sleeping for that reason.

Beautiful gardens and green spaces, silent property far enough away from the busyness. 2 mins walk to a beach, 5 mins walk 7 eleven. You can rent scooter at the hotel, arrange snorkelling trips. Pier-hotel free shuttle. Reserve in advanced

Nice cozy bungalow location in the south of Koh Tao. They offer free pickup and drop off to the pier. A little hard comm

Clean rooms & great for one/two nights if you want something quiet. Free pickup service as well

The location is amazing, you can walk to freedom beach and there are a few others on the doorstep as well as 7/11 and the restaurant Annie’s next door is lovely. The staff were amazing and even picked me up free of charge which is incredible given taxis on the island cost a lot.

The bed was very hard

The balcony was a nice touch and lovely to sit there in the evening or in the hammock. It was a nice location for somewhere quiet but equally not to far into main area either. The beach is 5 minutes away too. The staff were very efficient in room attention daily.

I maybe didn’t read the details but there are a lot of steps to the bungalows but they are well lit in the evenings. Also the standard room doesn’t have aircon but there is a fan (and if you point it at the bed you’ll be fine, otherwise it is very hot!). There is also no hot water, not sure about other bungalows.

Mattresses are insanely uncomfortable. Also if you choose the D sections be careful because there are a lot of stairs

The resort itself was lovely, amazing food across the road and the beach is beautiful. I genuinely cannot fault the area at all. The gentleman at the front desk is so lovely and well everyone on the island. My view was lovely and the hammock on the like porch way. Amazing prices

DO NOT BOOK A STANDARD FAN ROOM. although it was wholesome, I will tag the pics below and they can explain. Few stains on the sheets. got that hot during the night I soaked a towel in the shower to put over me whilst I slept. I forgot to take a pic of all other stains. You get bit quite a bit too no matter how many holes you clog up with towels etc or how often you shut the door.
