The location and privacy was good, also the room are good for the value you pay.

Nothing was negative, good value for the money you pay. Maybe hot water for taking a shower was not enough for 2.

The beach is beautiful

Room was dirty poorly maintained, bed sheets were stained, sofa was stained and dirty, balcony door didn't close properly. Poor selection for breakfast. No loungers on thr actual beach only around the pool areas, going to the main strech in town had very limited options as the free shuttle only went 3 times a day same for pick up otherwise you had to get a taxi evrytime. I actually left the hotel and went next door which was much better and used the facilities of this hotel.

We really love the staff service provided by our driver at Haad Tien Resort. His name is Ann. He is super nice, accommodating and friendly. He showed us many places to eat, to shop, and an excellent place to get a massage.

Beach, breakfast, very calm and beautiful

Rooms can be cleaned better, more shuttles in the night (21h and 22h), prices of restaurants should be cheaper, prices of the spa are very expensive. Arround The room 701 smells very bad.

The hotel has an amazing sea view and a simply beautiful beach!

The windows are not very airtight and mosquitoes get in. The location is a bit far from everything but we took the hotel because we saw that there were free shuttles to the center, but I didn't know that only 3 times a day and each trip to the center at other times is very expensive

It was very clean and a very nice pool and beach, Ann was very friendly and made our stay very good

The location isn’t the best however they supply a shuttle multiple times a day to the pier and to the town

The beach is beautiful and the shuttle to the center really helps. The breakfast was very good as well and the staff were very nice.

Staff are helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel are peaceful and private. They have Shutter bus to the Saree Beach and Pier serve for their Clients. The Facilities are good.

The price for the food quite expensive.

Should be able to get a beach towel on arrival and have option to change, waiting for them to be changed the next day from room in the afternoon was no good if you were off our anywhere or needing a fresh one next day Towels in room were tatty and some had holes in 712 looked over a builders yard Being in the building industry myself i could off done with not hearing banging and looking at this when sitting on balcony , as it was not full being moved to another room which didn't over look this should have been an option Shower hose sprayed everywhere Not enough information in room, seemed to be all about the spa nothing like a food menu which would off been useful, a taxi number ectWas water free from the bars during the day for residents? We heard day visitors were given discount at bars for food and drink something the residents did not getSome staff don't look that happy , no good morning and no smiling some not all I would book again but will be expecting a better view from my room next time

Our stay was lovely and the location is excellent. We had one particular waiter, Alex, who was exceptional and took such good care of us. The breakfast is delicious with a vast array of choices.

We did feel that there were not enough waiters around during the day and while we were at the pool. It took a while to attract the attention of a waiter (when Alex was not there) and then the drinks took an extremely long time to be made.

The hotel standards are extremely low. The room was dirty, but the hotel manager agreed to change our room to the resort villa's This hotel deserves maybe 1 or 2 stars.They have a shuttle from the pier to the hotel - it took 1 hour since we dropped off the ferry till we reached the hotel. Also, while arriving at the hotel, the hotel driver dropped us in the nearby resort, which isn't the exact location we need, without saying nothing. The waitress in the restaurant didn't want to check for gluten-free options for my wife since the kitchen was busy.Overall, after moving to the resort, everything was OK.

I would honestly say it’s most probably the worse place I stayed it’s a lovely location beach wise, but the rooms smell like sewages, staff was rude when I was sitting by the beach which is included in the hotel because I didn’t order anything I was asked to move, they are doing work on the hotel which you would be woken up at 8:30 in morning cause of the noise

Hotel Pickup and shuttle worked really well. Solid breakfast. Hotel is situated beautifully!

Room was damp with moldy spots in the room around the sink area. Did not get fresh Beach towels after asking several times and not enough beach chairs for the amount of hotel guests.

It was a terrible stay. The staff was very rude everytime I asked them for something. They don’t have a single iron in the hotel. WOW. There are tones of people from outside the hotel who are using the pool: We need to fight for the sunbed. People reserve them at 7:00 am every day. At the breakfast there are to few tables. To get a coffee you need to wait in a queue becouse there is only one coffee machine. The pool bar is supposed to be opened at 10:00 am and at 10:15 rude lady comes and tell me to wait. It is a joke. A lot of big, uncomfortable stairs. The hotel is all the time under construction. So loud and noisy. Air condition is so dirty that we both got sick. Electric sockets are loose and really hard to charge anything. NIGHTMARE

We had the most amazing view of the beach. Both of the pools were fantastic and the beach was beautiful. Staff were always happy!

Our room was outdated and wasn’t very clean the toilet smelt at night. The hotel is located up the mountain about 15 minute drive. The only way to get there and back was a taxi which was expensive or the hotel shuttle. But the hotel shuttle only ran 3 days a day and the timings were poor. Everyone wanted to get a shuttle at 6pm for sunset so it was really full one evening we had to sit on the back end of the shuttle. We then needed to get taxis back each night.
