This resort has an excellent beach front location and we had beach facing units. We were met on arrival by a gentleman carrying a sign and asked to wait in an area for transport.Units were air-conditioned.We were directed to the next door resort for dining which was a good value, OK food - not great. There are restaurants all over the island, so a little search will find you someplace to eat and it's a good reason to explore local food.

A little confusion on check-in where they started to assign us to units in the 'U'-shaped pool court area, when we had reserved beach facing units.The wait for transport was a little long, with four of us riding in the bed of the little crew-cab pickup. But hey, it's an island beach resort and they got us there.It appears that the resort used to have a dining area and a coffee bar. The dining area is currently used for equipment storage; the coffee shop is used for holding luggage and has a small library area. We would probably have eaten many meals here if there had been dining and good food.

Good location, on a quiet part of the beach, but within walking distance of Sairee strip. We had the beach side bungalow with plunge pool which really was a bonus, rooms were very comfortable, hot water was absent, although for us it was not a problem. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent, we had one cabin on the beach and another round the pool. The beach was quiet but just a short walk to Sairee beach and to the ferry.

We were not made aware before arrival that the hotel was being renovated. We had to walk along the beach to the next hotel for breakfast and the hotel cafe was shut. There were some issues with our showers as well. However when we discussed this with the management we received a 20% discount on our rooms and an apology.

Location was good. Just out of the busy area so it was nice and qiuet. Room was cleaned every day. Beach was next to the hotel so that was nice.

The hotel did not have a restaurant of it´s own. I think it´s under construction because it looked abandoned. We had breakfast in a hotel next to ours. Not much a la carte options for breakfast. The hotel is not well maintained, it could use some TLC.

It was a little tired looking but the location and view far exceeded this minor issue.

Amazing views, right on a quiet beach. Location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants and bars and sairee beach.

The bathroom didn’t feel super clean but probably because it’s built in to the rocks. lots of insects got in but to be expected in a beach bungalow. When it got dark, people kept thinking the path up to the bungalow was a public footpath so had quite a lot of noisy people outside the room at night

View from the bungalow on the beach was astounding. Breakfast was really, really good. Short walk to the main pier and also the main pedestrian pathway along Sairee beach,Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and well apportioned.

This place is well located it’s 5 minute walk down the beach from where the ferry’s all come in and 5 minute walk opposite direction to sairee beach and the night life. It’s located at the end of the beach so you don’t get a lot of passing people so very relaxed they even have beach beds for use if you wish. They also have a nice pool on site so if you want a chilled day sand free then you can. They have plenty of bikes for Rent at 200bht a day at the hotel all look brand new and are pretty much essential for getting around Koh Tao. The Rooms are dated but very clean and the AC is very good. The staff here are very helpful even when we got caught in the December floods which destroyed a lot of the lower land.

The staff were very nice, & the beach was right there. Close walking to Marine & some restaurants.

The property. Is aged & definitely needs upgrading. There are no real amenities on site, however there is a neighboring resort which does breakfast. Beach chairs are non existent. You also need to climb a 4-5 minute steep hill to get to the main road, but once there you’re good to go.

Amazing place, right across the beach with great food and helpful people

It was raining a lot when we stayed, due to which the toilet was getting clogged after every use so we had to use the other washroom of hotels

Nice clean room and bathroom, we stayed on the bottom floor next to the pool, really short walk to a lovely beach area. Staff were helpful and supportive throughout our stay, able to organise transfers. The area was nice and we walked 10 mins in each direction to find shops, restaurants and cafes. Some lovely excursions available .

The A/C was noisy but this is expected..

Soleless, dated, not well kept, could have been a gem with more effort from the management. Ripped towels, just looked scruffy.5% to pay by card, didn't have enough cash with us so had no choice, asked to keep passport to get cash out, didn't feel it was necessary when we stayed for 3 nightsBasic breakfast, freshly made pancakes and omelettes were nice, friendly staff serving breakfast.No reading lamp full on light only, had to walk back to bed with a torch (not provided btw).Flimsy door.
