location is perfect for diving!

front desk staff was not helpful and did not make us feel welcomed at all

Decent overall, but somewhat overpriced. The resort has a generally nice layout and good potential, but parts of the property feel worn and in need of maintenance. While the setting itself is pleasant, the staff came across as rather indifferent and disengaged. Given the condition and level of service, the price feels to be at the upper end of what is justified.

My room was Spacious and clean (staff cleaned every day) fresh sheets and towels provided and two fresh bottles of water. The food was 10/10 from 7:30am no complaints there and so affordable they did lovely smoothies and staff were friendly. Easy access to beach and Main Street. Only a 30 min walk to other side of Island, the busier side. Majority of people hire mopeds, safety first I’d much rather walk, but taxis are reasonable I guess, £6 for 15 min drive. Hotel can organise. I’m not sure I am happy with what I paid for the 8 days roughly £45 a night I think is a bit steep considering the facilities were so basic it was essentially just a room with a bed, I think for that price breakfast should have been included, to upgrade to garden view and addition of tv and safe was an extra £178 which I was not prepared to pay. But I guess the surroundings were so beautiful well kept greenery plants etc and very clean. Lovely views on the beach. If you don’t pay extra for garden view request room 308 is the best no one over looking and you still get the view of the surrounding grounds.

Slightly dated not as bright and welcoming as the photos.The toilet seat was stained and not secure, make sure you bring your own shower wash and shampoo. The pillows on the bed were hard and worn. The kettle would over boil so I had to time it and switch it off and there was no free coffee just tea bags. I purchased my own coffee and milk from 7/11 but you can also go to the restaurant for a choice of coffees 70 Bart.

The room was nice and clean and functional with power And AC but the real gem is the pool beautiful view and great pina coladas. Also liked all of the plants in the courtyard

Don’t stay here

The hotel tried putting us into the wrongs room, had to ask to move. The bed was covered in bed bugs and when shown the the staff the just ignore and laugh at you and refuse to give you money back.

Wonderful! Very nice place on the beach, super nice pool. There is a restaurant onsite, also couple more around. The bay is very beautiful.

I loved this hotel, the rooms are divided in buildings of 4 and there's loads of plants in between the buildings, you feel like you're in nature all the time. There's a pool, a bar and a restaurant (with a few cats roaming around), very charming. Our room was clean and comfortable, we got water and toilet paper every day even if we didn't request cleaning. I extended my stay with 3 days and there was no problems with that. They had a taxi transfer to the pier a few times a day which was very practical, very close to a 7-Eleven and a few restaurants (I recommend Yin&Yan). Overall a great stay!

The wifi and the signal in the rooms were very poor. It was a bit better at the restaurant but sometimes it would suddenly drop. There are power outages in this area so if you have to work remotely you might want to stay in Sairee. This are in particular is further away from everything so you most definitely will need a motorbike (or someone to drive you haha).

the location is amazing if you do not want to be in the middle of the party, the pool has a stunning view at the beach (not the nicest to swim but there are several others in between 5-10 mins driving distance), delicious & cheap food, cute cozy hotel!

the hotel offered us a free shuttle service from the pier but after we confirmed it they never replied again & no one picked us up. For our way back we wanted to use the free shuttle but due to the early time (06:00 AM) we had to pay 400 baht for it (5 mins driving)

A bit away from the main area, was very nice. The beds was also very good.

The pool was green our whole stay, you couldn’t even see the pool floor :( Which was very sad because it was a very nice pool area right in front of the beach

The swimming pool really beautiful in front of the beach few meters. The staff was nice showed everything and very friendly ..There was bird in cage that can tell some words.

Room is too dark no enough light. Cannot open windows from wood because too much mosquitoes go inside the room. I was busy killing mosquito 2 hours killing in 2 days more than 15. And also 2 many legs worms. The shower is taking long to get hot than cold again. Bed was too hard specially for paying so much per night.

DON'T STAY

We hated everything about this place stuff don't care old pics on the website so don't expect what you see on booking.com horrible smell coming from the shower honestly just don't stay here

The location is excellent if you want to to be away from the nightlife but have just enough to keep you busy, located on the beach with bars and restaurants in easy reach along the beach

The bed is like rock, hardly slept while I was there, the room wasn’t quite what I was expecting, only the first three bungalows have a true sea and pool view and the extra room is actually the patio, our one looked over the staff quarters which needs some work. Rooms are dated and consist of a small bedroom and bathroom only, but ok. Wouldn’t pay more than £50 per night max for the room if went in future.

Positive was the free Shuttle Service from and to the pier and the beach access (which was not better than other options in Koh Tao though)

Fisherman was ok but not great. Internet not working properly, TV was missing, not very clean and uncomfortable room. There are better options in Koh Tao.

Beautiful room and location right on the beach

Pool water was slightly murky, only complaint

The location was great. Also they have a small but beautiful swimming pool just on top of the beach, creating a lovely atmosphere. We had a bungalow close to the pool with a nice terrace.

WIFI in the room wasn't working, we had to stay at the restaurant to be able to connect. The room could have been cleaner as at check in we found shaving hair in the wall of the shower. Also we had geckos inside the room which made loud sounds early morning.. :/

The property was lovely and great for its price range

I was disappointed in the staff member at our check in he ripped me off 1000 Thai baht on our room key deposit. Said I didn’t give him the cash when I most definitely did it was the first please we had visited so I knew exactly how much cash I had,

The hotel is in a great quiet location, chilled, friendly, quirky. Amazing pool area with a bridge over the pool to beach, and a good choice of restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. Also amazing cocktails and smoothies and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The houses were quite close to each other so noisy at night potentially, the swimming pool could do with a little tlc.

This property was in a beautiful and quiet area of Koh Tao. This hotel had its own private little beach, and pool overlooking the water. The food was delicious and very reasonable, and superb location for diving, with dive shops very nearby. Aircon and comfortable rooms, we loved it!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Easy to get around.

Need more sunlougers by the pool. Most days we weren’t able to get a seat by the pool.

Relaxed, laid back resort. Staff lovely, especially Toorah. In a great location and rooms comfortable. We had a great time :))
