Great facilities and good vibes. Stayed in the new building

Our room was somewhat noisy

Well manicured garden areas and right in the neach. Nice big restaurant/bar and good service.

We booked the inly bungalow way back in April. Unfortunately the big bed mattress was really uncomfortable. Staff were very helpful and tried to help fix the issue but they put lots of duvets in it and I almost toasted like roast meat in an oven. I couldn’t sleep in the bed. I was moved promptly ince I alerted member of staff in evening shift and he gave me the key to a more modern twin room. My brother didn’t want to move at that time as we had things in the safe and there was an issue with that too in that batteries were dying and we couldn’t t open it until staff came back next day. Eventually we both moved into the more modern room. Thank you to the staff for helping us but a new mattress is needed there.

Great location, friendly and positive staff.I stayed in the new building and the rooms were cozy, the bed was huge and everything looked new.The beach is literally 20 seconds away, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. They also provide free shuttle service to the pier which is very helpful.Very good experience!

Great homely place, in the central Sairee beach on Koh tao, its owned and operated by a mother and her daughters, who are so friendly!And its walking distance from everything important in Koh Tao

Terrible bed, terrible shower (old and dirty - spiders on the ceiling, curtains not blocking the light. Looked nice in the pictures (basic rooms), but was the biggest upset ever.When asked to fix or change room, staff lady was very rude (eventually changed to another terrible room with similar defects)Location was good though.

The room is so spacious and clean. The location is superb.

The door lock is not working properly, i had a problem unlocking the door.

What a wonderful place to start our honeymoon trip in Thailand. Amazing and helpful staff, beautiful pool, & a decent breakfast. Upon arrival, we instantly fell in love and extended a few more days. I highly recommend this place.

Its really close to the center and really nice looking hotel. We didnt tried the pool it is a bit small but looks nice

The room was realy needing an update, alot of mousquitos. Toilet was bad. Great value for money

Breakfast was absolutely terrible can't a hotel thi s size get a toasting machine and most mornings at 9 am still no coffee ready very expensive hotel for poor facilities

Nothing it was awful

The room is horrible. Everything is old. The bathroom looked disgusting to say the least. The sheets were not clean and they had dirty disposable slippers that have been used. I checked in then checked out 30 mins later. There’s no waiting area if you arrive early, you have to wait in the heat. The balcony was horrible theres smell of cooking and loud sound of ventilation.

Shower can't be tuned , rather it ice cold or extreme hot there is no such thing warm

The location was great, especially with a toddler. We were able to walk to coffee shops, shopping and the beach within 2-3 minutes which is nice when you have a toddler who naps. The pull out bed from the chair in the room was great for our daughter to sleep in, we didn’t have to bring a bed with us. We had the townhome room and it was great because we could put our daughter to bed and go upstairs to the patio and relax at night. We loved the breakfast in the morning.

The NOISE from the surrounding bars! We had my child’s sound machine on and we could still hear it. We ended up wearing noise canceling headphones to block out the noise. The mosquitos were annoying at night but we bought a repellant at the store and it fixed the issue

Amazing location with everything you need at walking distance; scooter rental, amazing restaurants, shops etc etc. Located right at the beach and the rooms are very big and clean.

Great location to be on beach, breakfast every morning on the beach.

The local clubs were pumping music till 3 am all weekend making it hard to sleep. Not the hotels fault just what it is.

Great location, right on the beach. Nice pool. Great staff, very helpful with booking taxis etc. Asked for a kettle and a power bar and they gladly supplied it immediately.

Some music at night from neighboring bars, but not the resort’s fault. We’re on vacation people, get over it!

Very nice pool, good and cheap restaurant with drinks, you can buy tours directly from the reception, free shuttle to pier and back. I recommend renting a scooter. Not so crowded. Amazing staff in the restaurant, personally, we want to thank girl called IYEN(I don’t know how to write it) from Barma, she was the best waitress, so nice, so helpful

we had like milion small bugs in the room. I think they were safe and without problems, but annoying and disgusting when you see the bugs everywhere. The beach itself isn’t pretty, sea is very shallow, lot of boats, little bit of garbage on the beach, wild dogs running around.. there is many more prettier and safer and cooler beaches than this one

Room was pretty basic and the room was a bit dated.

Rooms are clean and in good condition. Close to the beach.Central to shops and restaurants .Breakfast included and caters for western and Asian tourists.Staff are very helpful and polite.Make you feel very welcome.Any queries or concerns ask for Mr Jackie heel sort out any problems you may have .

I love the location right on the beach! The pool was perfect also right on the beach. Room was simple but clean and pretty comfortable. You’re definitely paying for the location
