Sensi Paradise Beach Resort

Nice views, accommodating staff, large pool, pick-up and drop off at pier good. Good food and reasonable at restaurant, breakfast was so-so.

No television, no microwave, rustic cabin-like bungalows with lots of walking and stairs. no air conditioned waiting area if need to wait for your boat after 10AM check out time, no late check out Available. Taxi ride to anywhere was expensive for Thai.

This hotel has so much potential. The location is right on the beach. Argumentative management that couldn't care less about the place or their guest. Loved all the staff sleeping on the floor in the lobby like homeless people. Needs new management.

This place has been years overgrown and neglected. Doesn't look like the photos now. At the time we were there, they were fixing it but none of the air conditioning worked in the 4 rooms we had been in.

Extremely clean, restaurant staff very friendly. Property on beach with two nice sized pools.

Amazing staff, location, and how it’s tucked away from city but only walking distance about 8 mins from pier. Best stay I’ve ever had in Thailand of Koh Tao. Will recommend to family, friends, and anyone that asks about what hotel should they book in Koh Tao

Mosquitos are a problem especially around renting the bike and checking station. No problems at the bungalow or around it. Make sure you have bug spray.

Very well maintained, excellent location, excellent staff

The location, far enough from all the noise so you can feel isolated and relaxed, but 10 minutes walk from the center just by walking on the beach. I also loved the room and the view we had- it was right on the water I could hear the waves constantly. I really liked the staff- friendly, professional and helpful.

Just the wifi was not really working from our room.

Over priced for the services they provide. Breakfast is way below par. For that price you'd think that your morning cappuccino would be included, but they charge for that. Most other places do not. The "beach access" is deceiving since the small patch of beach the have is off the restaurant.Cabins doors barely close and toilet sometimes works sometime doesn't.

It met all our needs. The location was great, the staff were wonderful, and our room was comfortable.

Nice restaurant by the beach

We had the last room in the resort which made us walk way too much. The room wasn’t clean at all when we arrived.

The huts were clean and tidy. House keeping was daily and there is also a option to sit on verandah with fan if you are not wanting air conditioning

I liked the peacefulness and privacy

We were initially given a poor room ... a long way from the facilities BUT they changed it to a much better room at a slightly higher cost ... but very nice and worth it

Beautiful sea view and location was great , it was walking distance to beach bars and restaurants , food in the resort restaurant was really good and beach was amazing.

Spacious villas spread a part from each other in beautiful garden setting, built on boulders. Nice pool and restaurant area. You can walk to town along the beach pathway very quickly and also hire a scooter

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were amazing and very attentive. Room was great and views were stunning

Incredible view! Lovely spacious balcony with a day bed and a fan to help you stay cool while enjoying the warm air. Quiet. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Nice bathroom. Excellent staff.

Authentic feel In a good location. It was ok for 3nts. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast wasn’t great, very basic. Little rough around the edges ! Areas that were closed off. No bar as such.

- We were charged 4x what we agreed on booking.com for an extra bed. They said they had made a mistake and we could either pay it or leave when we arrived with 2 children at 8pm. - staff mixed. Some lovely (especially to baby) other times rude - mosquitos especially bad here (Vs multiple other hotels we stayed in)
