The bungalow looked pretty nice from the outside, however inside it's quite dated and not so clean, though providing enough space.

The interior needs renovation and proper cleaning.

Everything,We had two reservations, but one of us was told to leave. We were kicked out in the middle of the night before check-in to see the rooms. Those who stayed slept among bugs, black water flowing from the sink, and in a terrible state overall. They left after the first night.

A family-run sleeper ecotourist getaway. Fantastic bungalows for the price, and unbeatable location.

The bathrooms would benefit from shower curtains. Mosquito repellent candles outside wouldn’t hurt either.

No closing window. Just a screen. Bathroom Could have been cleaner. Water evacuates on the ground. Lot of electricity problem.

Location, all though not on the beach front

The luxury 2 bed bungalow that we was sold was terrible. Room tiny. The air-conditioning was broken and we has a free standing fan which just blew hot air and was noisy. You have a loft ladder to upstairs but cannot stand up. The bathroom was down some steep steps which was like a dungen. You had to climb big bolder rocks to get to the property. The safe was a small box you could pick up with your little finger. We left after one night. Awful. So nothing

It was away from the bustle of the main street but only a short walk away and very close to the sea. The hut we had was very much amongst nature and the hammock was a lovely addition and the staff were helpful.

The mattress was very old and slightly uncomfortable.

Is a hut in the woods basically , if you do not like nature or camping is not for you . I had no problem with that but they overcharge for it. They have a very small beach area with no chairs nor anything to sit and relax .they do not offer any service beside i think some brakfast for extra fee .the room has almost no light . Very disappointed.

Good location close to beach and amenities. Staff were friendly and good communication via WhatsApp

If you want to be kept up by every species of bird throughout the night making noise then this place is for you. Rooms were basic (getting what you paid for), however the room wasn’t fully clean when we arrived e.g. someone else’s t shirt was still in the room, the shower provided an offensive smell when turned on also. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned after 3 days (they did a great job/better than when we arrived at room) and for some reason the hotel will not provide you with beach towels? Told us we had to use the ones from our room..

Great stay away from the noisy areas but still close enough to walk to restaurants, bars and 7/11. The bungalow is very basic, but had everything you needed and a nice balcony with a hammock. Close to 'their own' beach. Fine, but again basic, bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

The bungalow is very basic and therefore you should expect a few geckos and mosquitos. However, the mosquito net that was provided above the bed was old and had holes in it. AC wasn't very good.

We loved the location. One of the most beautiful beaches at Koh Tao. Direct walkable access to everything. And thank you Jida for welcoming us! You are adaptable and always ready to help. We extended our stay even.

The bungalow and the bed sheets must be cleaner. Cleanliness is unfortunately below the standards.

the quick walk to the beach and lots of amenities near by! breakfast was delicious

the shower was broken and looked like it was held together by tape. we had to hold it whenever we needed to shower or else it would just shoot straight to the wall. also there’s 3 roosters nearby that keep you up all night lol but still would stay there again

Super nice, quiet and charming location right next to the beach. The bungalow was in a very beautiful and well kept area with lots of vegetation. Very sweet and helpful lady at the reception. Overall a nice area with some good restaurants and shops nearby.

The overall condition of the bungalows are not great and could use some TLC. Pretty low standard compared to other places within similar price range. A bit dark in the rooms. Some small holes in the floor and some of the windows had partly broken glass (mosquito screen on the windows though)The room was relatively clean. But the room cleaning during our stay was not great

Location is great; right on the beach and at the end of the street leading to the Ferry Terminal so easy access but still very quiet. Rooms are cozy but shower is very spartan.

Beach bar was never open and kitchen only served breakfast so not other options. Bathroom at lobby out oos as were the laundry facilities. Staff are somewhat helpful. All in all I was satisfied with the value for money.

The cutest little place to stay. Had your own wooden hut with a hammock. Really lovely quiet, tranquil place to stay. 8 of us stayed here and we all loved it and would stay again.

Isn’t close to the main area. About 30 min walk. We hired peds which only took us 9 mins to get to the main part. Other than that I have nothing to say I don’t like. I would stay here again for sure.

Location was good as it's close to the pier. Nice private bungalow that has aircon and fridge.

Calling it Royal is a bit far fetched. Would be good for budget backpacking, if the price wasn't royal. Toilet is not that private as the ceiling is missing.

Nice bungalows with AC, close to the beach.

The bathroom didn’t have a roof. It was just open into the room. So you hear everything from the bathroom. Slightly overpriced for what you get.
