The lift is too old and Internet does work at different floor. Please fix it the lift

The receptionist was different and he was tiring since I stayed many times.

Location is good, nice restaurant downstairs. The room was quite large.

The bathroom in our room was a desaster. Only one hook to hang your clothes. No door or even curtain for the shower, so all water on the floor after taking shower. The worst was the sliding door which did not close till the end and was making a lot of noise, very uncomfortable when you are not alone in the room. The elevator did not work all the time.

Close to the old town and port

There were no renovations in our room on the 5th floor. You had to make a dam with the towels to stop the water going everywhere. You need to sit on the toilet sideways. The electricity kept going out at night. We got stuck in the lift on the ground floor. We managed to get the door open and then walk up 91 steps to our room. The lift bell kept going on and off all night as other people got caught in the lift. I would not recommend. The fact that we had to pay a €50 deposit in case of damage is a joke!

Great location. Right next door to an amazing rotisserie eatery and close to a grocery store. We loved it here - away from the main tourist areas!

A good Hotel. Separate entrance from the reception and dining room, elevator, air conditioning, and some rooms with french balconies.Five minutes from the bus and train station.

The location was very close to the train/bus station and was a relatively short walk from the port. We could easily walk to attractions and browse the shops. The staff were friendly and gave us good information. The room was air-conditioned.

The bathroom was cramped, and if you wanted to use the shower, it flooded the bathroom floor, which then smelt until it was cleaned the next day. The rooms are very noisy. You can hear other rooms being unlocked and doors opening. The hallways often had a smell, probably due to lack of ventilation or windows.

Central location, air conditioning, elevator. They have opened a restaurant which looks nice but I did not have time to give it a try.

I booked a double room and specified I needed a big bed, I got instead a room with 2 very uncomfortable beds. In the bathroom the toilet had problems with flushing and the water in the shower could not be regulated easily, either very hot or very cold water. In general the room I stayed needs a good renovation.

Good clean room and nice staff and cafe. The location was great, close to train station. There is a lift to manage luggage. There is easy access into and out of the hotel.

Not much to say. For the price it was solid.
