Location

The quality of the hotel was not as advertised the area where my room was on the second floor was a building site all areas lifts stairs and corridors were not clean not suitable for guests in need of a makeover.

Kind staff and clean bathroom

The air conditioning unit was extremely loud all night

The price is very affordable, and there's a large shopping mall and right next door with everything you might need. If you want to visit the old town of Toulon or the harbor, it's only a short 10-minute walk away.

There was a bit of a smell upon entering the room, though it’s unclear whether it came from the bathroom cleaner or the air conditioning system. The hotel isn't very English-friendly, but luckily, translation apps were a big help. One night, there were noisy guests who kept us awake until morning, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Staff impoliet. Do not need to comment on my accent!! They could not solve a simple problem and I found them harassing!

Was clean and in a good area

Quite loud I think there renovation but at 8am was quite annoying

Easy location to get to from the ferry. Good welcome from staff for dropping bags before check-in. Room is fine - no problems at all. Great breakfast - you're mad if you don't take it - same price really as a petit dejéneur downtown and far better.

Chair in room could have been better. Hallways look grubby, but room is clean.

Not far from the center

Location is no so easy to find, especially if using Google Maps. The room is quite small. The curtains are not enough to make blackout the sun in the morning.Staff speaks basic English. The breakfast is modest.

Very basic, small and not the best of views, however good if you are a backpacker on a budget. Friendly staff. Great as a shopping centre 190 metres away.

Nothing to complain about, price a bit pricey

Close to the port

Mold all over the shower. Shower basin was clogged. Floors and walls were full of scratches stains. Tons of dust on the floor too.

Mid center, the room was really fine an d had space enough for the 3 of us. There is a shopping center directly under the hotel. Parking places are also there. Bit expensive though.Toulon was a pleasant surprise.

The entrance is on a worn out square. To get there you had to walk through a kind of delivery corridor.

It was close to waterfront, shopping centre, ferries and buses close by to enable you to explore quieter areas and lovely coves for swimming

For a modern property there were no usb ports in room

I found the male staff particularly helpful in this hotel but the facilites poor but it is a budget hotel. The one plus is that there is a really good shopping centre right beside it and I only found this out a few days into my stay.

Just ok, nothing more

Staff was lacking a bit of flexibility online with a issue through booking. But they were helpful on site after and it was solved. Also asked for a iron that ended up bring damaged which damaged my shirt. I've should have checked but still, it should have been safe to use.

Near the port, restaurants and the carpark was near the hotel.

The toilet at the end didn't flash

Staying in this room doesn't cost its value. AC was making a horrible sound, we needed to fix it by ourselves (you need to be creative) Toilet paper holder attached behind the back. How is it even possible?

Great location. So close to the Port to catch the ferry and next to a shopping centre. So convenient.

Location - a walking distance from the station and just outside a shopping centre. Affordable price. Everything in the room was perfect.

I was not aware that 80 Euro deposit will be automatically taken from my card and will be given. back a day after leaving. The receptionist explained to me and it was OK.
