It had a pool and a nice courtyard.

Breakfast too expensive and so was underground parking.

It was exactly what it promised to be. Close to the station in central city with a swimming pool.

Nothing!

Very clean, modern feeling room.

Parking was confusing, expensive, and tiny. Our very small MG3 rental car took a long time to park in the tiny underground parking lot that was really hard to figure out how to get into.

Everything was in easy reach and convenient. The staff was friendly, especially the day desk receptionist in the morning, and our superior room met our expectations.

The windows are not very sound-proof, so that the noise from the busy streets around the hotel could be heard. The parking space is limited.

Good size, dual aspect corner room at the front of the hotel. Parking reasonably priced. Breakfast was average / good for this type of hotel.

The air-con in the room was practically useless - we couldn't get the room cooler than 24.5'C at night, so the room was stifling hot - and, as the room was at the front of the hotel, overlooking a busy road junction, leaving the widows open was not a practical option due to the road noise.Less than 1/3rd of the TV channels on the TV in the room worked.Although the hotel is described as 'city centre', it is, in fact, about a 10-15 minute walk from any amenities.The only bar that was open was basically a stand in the lobby, which was staffed by the receptionist on demand. The choice was small, beer warm and we were served wine that had obviously corked (we returned for a refund). We noticed another 'proper' bar downstairs, but this was curtained off, so I assume that to save staff costs, this was kept closed.Much of the outside areas of the hotel were overgrown with weeds.

NICE ROOM

Breakfast seemed to be sitting in the open. Bread was dry, hams and cheeses etc were sitting out in the open uncovered and didn't feel too fresh. No bar, just a lobby and no facilities to have a coffee or get a snack - Very limited!

Close to city centre but very quiet street.Easy walk to train station. Reception staff always good humoured and helpful.

Breakfast low quality Air con didn't work in my room, this was after changing room because there was a high pitched squeal in the first room I was allocated. Bar service very poor

Good size bedroom with interconnecting door which would be good for families, groups of friends. Close to train station and port and centre of Toulon

Breakfast stops at 9.30am on weekdays - a little bit later would have been better.

The location was good. The room was quiet at night, Staff very pleasant and helpful

As expected for this hotel chain. But for the price we paid excellent value for money. Spacious light clean well appointed room. With good outlook over to limestone cliffs. Super comfortable bed and linens. Quiet fridge! Fast wifi. Very well sound isolated. Quiet. Good curtains. Great nights sleep. Location great. Easy 5 min walk to train and a good stroll through garden and livery plaza to old town and marina. Recommend

The location and the staff were very helpful.

We were disappointed that there is no longer an evening meals service.

Location was excellent. Very close to the centre of town and approx 10 mins walk to the train station. Hotel located in a nice quiet area. Very clean and comfortable and good value for money . All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice pool area to chill out and not overcrowded and towels are also provided.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk from the train and 10 to the centre of the town. Staff very helpful and rooms really clean and spacious. Really nice swimming pool outside. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting an affordable but great hotel in Toulon.

Nothing really everything was fine.

Very clean. Spacious room. Great breakfast. Parking under the hotel.

Parking was slightly more expensive than expected but practical if the free parking in front of the hotel is full.

The room and bathrooms were nice, comfy and clean. There was parking and it is walking distance from the port which was beautiful.

The bar was terrible, if you could even call it that. The restaurant was closed.

Hotel location was superb, not far from the train station and easy walk into town for shops, restaurants and beach. Staff were so lovely, especially reception staff who helped with journey planning to the airport and were always very helpful. Beds were SUPER comfortable !

Only thing I would say is the pool is smaller in real life than it looks in pictures so when it’s busy you don’t get a bed but it was still nice.

Clean safe and comfortable for an overnight stay. Good desk and WiFi for work. Underground parking which is good with a loaded car. About a 15-20 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Nothing open near the hotel but maybe that’s August.

No shops and restaurants near the hotel. The port with lovely shops and restaurants is a good 15 minute walk. Website said room service available but that only seems to be pizza and didn’t feel very organised.

The hotel itself was clean and central

There was no hot water from Tuesday through to when we checked out on Thursday. We reported it on Tuesday and was told there was no technician available until the next day. The next day the technician came but didn’t have the part to fix it. Highly unsatisfactory for a four star hotel. No offer of compensation. Manager not available any day to discuss the issue. Manager was to be informed but nothing from them. Emailed the hotel also for an explanation and asked how they were going to compensate us and no reply to two emails. Not impressed

Clean, modern rooms and comfortable bed. Location was perfect.
