Holiday Inn Express Toulon Sainte-Musse By IHG

Staff friendly, breakfast delicious, car park secure. Beds comfy.

Extraordinary breakfast! Room very confortable. Nice to have a shower rather than a bathtub. The WIFI stayed activated the whole time of my stay rather than be cut off each morning requiring to re-establish the link.

The lighting at the desk was poor. A second plug at the desk would have been helpful.

Good location and easy to get to with a secure car park. 24/7 reception staff, useful as we arrived late. Very friendly staff throughout. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety. Eating breakfast in the outside space was lovely in the sunshine. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. Quiet surroundings, despite being near a motorway. And finally, great value for money!

The staff, location to the railway and the beach.

We were given a disabled room, which was fine, but the shower water didn't drain away. They were advised and tried to repair it, but it didn't seem to work. We had to ask for extra towels to soak up all the water. They did offer to change the room, though.

Very good stay and helpful staff. Perfect if you want to take the ferry in the morning. Safe parking.

Everything good.

Perfect stay . Very friendly staff. Safe parking. Ideal if you want to take the ferry next morning!

Everything was good

I liked the breakfast, it had everything essential for a continental breakfast. I liked the free wifi (fast enough) and that I could find parking spots outside hotel for free.

I didn't like the shower and the furniture in the room, which was dated. I didn't like either the view from the room, which was another block of flats, but pretty close to the hotel.

Clean and cosy

Far from city and not the best district :(

Good quality for price.Very comfortable beds.Breakfast is good enough.

Bathroom dirty and smelly.

The best thing about this hôtel is the staff !Excellent service and adorable people here.Thank you all.

The luck of some equipment in a 3 stars hotel like a proper dressing, a safe and a small fridge… But the bed is still comfortable

The staff is nice 9. Good breakfast 8. Good cleanliness 8. The facilities are almost nonexistent 6.

It wouldn't hurt to put a small refrigerator and two bottles of water in the rooms.

Classic Holiday Inn room and service. We had a clean family room, perfect one for four of us. Breakfast has enough of choices.

The room was clean, staff was very helpful from the first minute we went in, they helped us with finding the best food in town . The breakfasts were exceptional.

Nothing really...

Clean. Parking. Polite personnel.

Clean and quiet place, delicious breakfast.

Nothing really.

Good breakfast..friendly staff..safe parking

Price....

While it doesn’t have the character of a French hotel, this comfortable and convenient hotel has everything you need for an overnight stay, including a handy bistro pretty much next door for dinner!
