All the staff were so friendly and always on hand to help. The location is 50 metres from the train station so is ideally situated. Rooms are lovely and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Location of the hotel was great. Nice quite room on the 4th floor with decent view. Room small but we expected this.

Breakfast service was very limited (make your own boiled eggs!!!!) Minimal food stuffs laid out and over the 2 days. Scope for improvement in breakfast choices and service.

Room overlooking the main street meant there was noise from street cleaning trucks during the night.

As the name suggests, the hotel is located just in front of Toulon railway station. In spite of this, I was not disturbed by any noise coming from the street. The structure is probably old, but the lobby and the rooms look recently renovated (apart from the doors, which still use the old system of a standard key with a large keyring). The room was comfortable and very clean, and I appreciated the presence of a coffee maker in the room (which I did not use). The breakfast was of good quality, with a reasonable choice of salty and sweet options. The wifi connection worked well, as far as I could test. Last but not least, let me mention the kindness of the staff, which made me feel welcome in their hotel.

I found the aircon/ventilation, which was on when I entered the room, quite noisy, but I simply turned it off since I didn't need it (I guess it can be fixed). I suggest that the hotel continues the renovation process, by replacing the doors with more modern ones.

Room was newly renovated and had sweet art above the bed. The bathroom was spacious with a blue light in the shower. Nespresso machine was appreciated.

Maybe an offering of a second coffee...... no chance of an earlier check in.

The location of the property was perfect! The bus and train station were directly across the street which was very convenient! There were restaurants and grocery stores nearby, about a 5 minute walk. It was only about a 15 minute walk to Place de la Liberté and maybe 20 minutes to the further “downtown” area with lots of restaurants and shops. The bus system was easy to use, we used it to get to the nearby beaches and the gondola (there was still a bit of a walk once you got off the bus to the gondola). The room itself was spotless clean! A nice added bonus of a USB charging station was in the room, as I misplaced our adapter at our first hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Justin and Gilles. They helped us with parking, directions and were just so friendly and lovely throughout our 3 night stay. (I am very sorry if I misspelled your names). If we ever make it back to Toulon, we would for sure choose this property again!

Maximum convenience if arriving by train. Nice unassuming bistro adjacent: quick yet good food at low price. Very friendly reception staff with a special shout out for the night porter. Room is bright, clean, with large bed, a view over the square, all modern equipment. Shower room functions well.

The bed cover was too heavy. The room is a little small for two people.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable, and it’s nice to have a safe inside. Shower is strong. Hotel has a deal with a nearby parking lot so you can get discounts, but we ended up finding street parking without too much difficulty. Will return if we come to Toulon again!

Bed is a bit soft but that’s a matter of personal taste.
