Staff was rude and unhelpful, the bedroom and restaurant were very good.

The view from the rooftop and the breakfast were amazing.

The room was a bit too small even for 2 people.

The rooftop was more than expected with an extra area for relaxing near the pool. The staff was very helpful and professional, available with pleasure. The room was comfortable and quiet with double windows. Breakfast was generous and locally sourced. It was also set up to avoid waste. Greatly appreciated!

A comfortable hotel very close to the port with its bars and restaurants. Very helpful staff and very clean. Didnt use the restaurant but it looked good from a distance.

The hotel is in a good location close to the harbour side and also we went to see rugby and the ground is only 5-10 minutes up the road . The hotel is very comfortable with lovely furnishings.

Our room had a mezzanine floor for the bed the stairs to it were wooden and a little steep .

Breakfast was wonderful. We had to be in the petite salon because the rugby team was there...everything was beautiful. The staff was so helpful helping to find the garage to park and were so kind during our stay.

I think because the rugby game was the next day, things were super rowdy outside. I could not figure out the air conditioner, but they helped us the next day, though things were a bit quieter.

Charming hotel, 5 minutes walking distance to the port and old town with many restaurants, cafés, shops, farmers market etc. Ten minutes walking distance to the train and bus station, sandy beaches with crystal clear water just about 20 minutes by public transport. Reception staff were very nice and helpful, all of them, as well as housekeeping ladies. Room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. If we ever return to Toulon, this hotel will be our choice without hesitation.Restaurant interior is very nice too, but because of our dietary requirements and timing, we didn't tried the food.

Nice hotel with good staff

Breakfast was a rip off considering the Toulon team were there and took over the whole hotel leaving a small room with a small choice.

Never had a breakfast . We wanted to have lunch when we arrived but they were closed so we spent the day day out touring the town and came back to the restaurant for a bite at night. The first question was , did we have a reservation, no. There was only a couple of tables at the time with customers. We were seated and had decided we would have several appetizers and drinks , which the waiter was not pleased with. We were brought our food and drinks and a waiter never came back to our table once after that . It was an obvious snub by them to move us along . The menu is highly overpriced but if the service had been good that wouldn't have been an issue. The treatment speaks for itself.

The staff were welcoming and helpful with every request. Estel at front desk was a real pleasure. Room was spotless and the breakfast wonderful. Close to everything. We all (mom and two teens) enjoyed our stay in this comfortable hotel.

Great location in the centre, on the sea front. Easy access to the Toulon rugby ground.Good arrangement for safe parking of the car.

Beautiful clean hotel with such a fun but classic nautical theme. We stayed in a large and comfortable room facing the port, and enjoyed the view from the rooftop as well as the restaurant and bar.

I didn’t see anything upon booking about pre booking a parking spot, nor did I get a follow up email like I did from the hotel about pre-booking the pool. The lot was full when we arrived in low season and there was an issue with their “backup lot”. The staff were helpful finding a solution for us but making the parking situation more obvious before arrival is my only recommendation.

Very clean, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Would thoroughly recommend. Fantastic location as well and great pool!

The hotel is in an excellent location, it’s very clean, we had a lovely room overlooking the port. Most of all though, the staff were excellent. Especially the reception manager, he was so helpful and friendly it made our stay go from really great to exceptional.

The location was excellent, comfortable beds, quiet with windows closed, good shower and friendly helpful staff.

No drawer space, bed side shelves lacking support, and room not cleaned during day and had to ask reception to arrange

size of room was quite small. Breakfast, kitchen closes at 10 am nobody let us know at check in
