Staff were friendly. Location excellent, near the train station. Shower was nice and hot. Good value for money.

Rooms are very tired, and need some updating / maintenance. No hairdryer in our room, although it was advertised .Very basic toiletries.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the location was convenient.

it was so noisy that it was hard to sleep or rest.The windows and doors were not soundproof, so noise from other rooms could be heard clearly.The rooms were also quite cold, and the internet connection was very weak — I couldn’t make WhatsApp calls, and Telegram wouldn’t even open

The room was a bit small and old fashioned.

My single room with a bathroom was clean and nice, there was a table and enough storage room. Wi-Fi worked great. Staff was friendly and courteous. Guests could use a common refrigerator downstairs. The location is unbeatable: Next to the bus and train stations. Great value. I stayed here on another night and my upgraded room on a last floor was bigger and had a bathtub(!)

I had an issue with a guest upstairs doing aerobics (gym, in French) around 11 pm. When I went downstairs, the night shift staff member said the hotel didn’t have official „quiet time“, which shocked me. He did call the guest and the jumping stopped, although he did that in a morning. I suggest the hotel set and implement „quiet hours“, as in many other countries.

Great location and very friendly staff. The bed was quite comfortable as well. The entire room was cleaned very well. Good price/quality.

The hotel is quite noisy: you can hear the footsteps of the person above you, and the television from the room down the hall. The bathroom was also quite old-fashioned and lacked a brace for the shower, so you'd have to hold the shower head yourself.

I realize the building is old so some things like the shower wasn’t the best but overall I was ok with it

5 minute walk from the train. Attractive entrance open 24 hours to retrieve key or ask questions. Pleasant, attentive desk staff. Elevator. Quiet, clean, comfortable room. Excellent continental breakfast.

It was not my first staying at that hotel, I appreciate a lot the location. The personnel is always helpful and welcoming

To be honest I should state that since my last staying the hotel has degraded. Maybe I was not lucky with the room but even tge layout and the general organization of the interior of the room was chaotic and not comfortable. For one night it was OK but I would not choose it for a longer staying.

Rooms are old fashioned(in bad meaning), walls should been refreshed (room 220), not functioning conditioner (they put a ventilator in room), old yellow bath tube with no holder for shower head

The wifi is not good, the connection was signing me out frequently, I had to sign in to the network all the time
