Le Refuge Hotel Restaurant

Located in a gorgeous setting surrounded by mountains. The room had the most amazing views. Modern room with wooden finish, resembling a log cabin and great bathroom. We ate in their restaurant which was convenient and delicious.

Unfortunately our complimentary breakfast was cancelled due to the hotel being closed the next day. They did refund for us which was nice.

The room had a couple of defects that were scheduled to be fixed (bathroom door, broken window), but we still enjoyed our stay.

The room we were given first has not been cleaned.

He gave us another room which was less nice for same price. He didn’t apologise at all. He just blamed the staff for not having cleaned the room.

Room was very comfortable, clean, functional and not too small.Hotel and restaurant have a special touch. Overall a unique experience in Val d’Anniviers!

It wasn't our first stay at Qi-Lin's and probably won't be the last either. The location in the middle of the Alps (in Anniviers Valley near Zinal and Grimentz) is breathtaking. Also the transportation network (bus stop next to the hotel) is very efficient and brings you to any corner or the Valley by connecting to the Vissoie hub. Moreover, the (Chinese) food is great, the personnel very helpful and the rooms perfectly clean and functional.

Perfect. Hotel well located to enjoy the Val d Anniviers. Very very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Spacious room. Beautiful and appreciable cotton silk bed sheets (it should be noted). Restaurant in the hotel and breakfast. The boss is very nice. Games for children outside. ski room. ice rink near the hotel. Car parking ans bus stop in front of the hotel .

Very clean place, basic simple design with everything one could need for a weekend stay (including kettle in the room and big tea cups!). Stunning balcony with a view on the mountains and the river, very nice and friendly staff, good breakfast! I will definitely come back!

Convenient location along the road to Zinal. Sufficient parking space (always spaces available).Very good chinese food.

Access to Hotel was at times limited.

Nice little hotel close to Zinal and Grimentz ski area. We booked the family room and it was perfect for us and our two small kids. Nice breakfast and nice staff. Clean room with everything you need for a short stay. Convenient to have the parking at the entrance of the hotel.

There is no elevator.

The owner is very welcoming. Great room with nice view and excellent breakfast! The shower was great, good pressure and nice temperature

My partner found the bed a little bit hard, but for me it was ok. Very comfortable.
