Charming building in the middle of town. The staff are very nice. Breakfast and dinner are good quality.

Cheap decor, outdated bathrooms, no ski room. And while you have access to the 7132 Therme (baths) facilities incuded in the price, I didn’t realise that the Therme building ia a 10 minute walk and you only have access at certain restriced hours.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, cozy room with comfy beds, good shower, tasty breakfast. Our purpose of coming to Vals was visiting Therme designed by Peter Zumthor and it was great to have a free access to it while staying at the property. We enjoyed the cozy and relaxing vibe of the property and it's combination of a traditional chalet with modern furnishings in the room. Also we had an amazing cheese fondue in the property restaurant for dinner - the best fondue we ever had. We didn't have a chance to discover the surroundings properly due to lack of time, but Vals looks like a cute and less touristic area.

We spent there only one night. I wish we planned a longer stay...

Breakfast is delicious, team is super attentive, room is very comfortable. Easy to go to the ski area and also walk to the thermal bath (we stayed there because it was smaller and accepted small children but also included the therme)

The room is very comfortable. We booked a bigger room. Restaurant and breakfast are very good and the service as well. The hotel is very well located and very close to Thermas.

A luxurious experience! In Vals, 7132 Glenner offers probably the best value for money. The price includes a very good breakfast, but most importantly access to the spa complex.

I have no negative comments.

Loved the room and the view. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind. It includes entrance fee for SPA, which is just a couple minutes walk. I’d definitely come back.

The best aspect was of course that the visit of the Therme is included in the price, which I was not aware of when I booked the room. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, the staff was extremely friendly.Specification regarding our evaluation of the location: Of course you cannot directly go from your room to the spa, but we enjoyed walking the few hundred meters through the beautiful village. Vals is, however, not an ideal location for visiting others places as it is quite far away from other villages and towns.Bonus: you don't have to worry if you have forgot your Swiss adapters. The rooms have both Swiss and "standard European" sockets.

The menu of the restaurant could be improved not with regard to quality but to variety, Staying three days, a couple should have tested almost all dishes.

we liked everything. If I remember correctly there might not be an elevator, if that is of interest, but there are not many floors.checkout could be later.

Too pricey for what it is

even though some rooms had been vacated there was no option for an early check in. Breakfast option was basic one boiled egg or musli for a £300 roomNo conditioner in bath or other basic toiletries

Very simple inn that is good value for money, especially for the therme entrances. Loved the simple breakfast. Very clean and very chill.Much better option than 7132 House of Architects!They serve very similar food than at 7132 blue bar, at a fraction of the price.

No common area to wait for cleaning.This is not about Glenner but about 7132 in general: pretty ridiculous to not give Glenner guests a bathrobe for the therme. Just feels like an unnecessary status flex that means nothing.I stayed in 2021 at House of Architects and the room showers were very uncomfortable for us so we decided to try the glenner that actually has proper bathrooms and really liked it.It feels also quite ridiculous that the Glenner menu has lots of the things Blue Bar has, same quality same things, for 10 CHF less each of the dishes. If you have spent time at the main complex (and spent lots of money on overpriced food with subpar quality at Red restaurant, blue bar and etc) then it won’t be a relief to get to glenner to see an extremely similar menu at a fraction of what you paid before.

We were perfectly welcomed and served, and all the meals were excellent with local produce. Our bedroom was a good size for our small family, and spotlessly clean. We particularly liked being able to go to the 7132 Spa, included for guests at this hotel.

Very clean, beautiful simple swiss interior design, good breakfats and dinner, free access to therme, great location and nice view from the room.

Nice location in the center of the Village. Very friendly staff and lovely breakfast served at the table. With your booking you get free entry to the famous Vals Therme
