Did get fooled by the pictures on the website since you aren't allowed to take your bicycle to the room. No matter how clean and expensive it is. They do have a secure looking room down the road for bicycles though

What a gem! Perfect hotel for cyclists - every little detail thought of - bike storage, workshop etc. High quality restaurant, excellent breakfast and most importantly great coffee! Luca and the team looked after us really well after a long day crossing the Furka and Nufenen passes. Bravissimo!

Excellent to have safe secure bicycle storage. Wonderful resturant , vegetarian menu fantastic! Having our cycling clothes washed was really appreciated.

This place is a true gem. Very friendly owners, super cosy rooms, relaxed atmosphere, and local high quality food that looks great and tastes great.Best thing if you are a cyclist: the climb to the famous «Tremola» road to the Gotthard Pass starts right in front of the hotel.

I’ve been before. The town of Airolo sitting as it does at the bottom of two of the great Alpine climbs is a Mecca for cyclists. The hotel caters specifically to them.

The hotel doesn’t look much from the outside but the interior has been completely and tastefully renovated. It’s not opulent but the design is clean, elegant and functional. Over and above that the food is absolutely exceptional.

Such a gem of a B&B. The room was very comfortable and clean with stunning mountain views. Given our travel schedule we could only stayed two nights, I could have stayed longer. The food was exceptional and we appreciated the hospitality of the couple who could not have been better hosts.

Amazing place with super friendly owner Luca! We have been here over the New Year's eve and had incredible dinner (self prepared fois gras, home made smoked salmon, local cheese etc.). Beside that our room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful room, extremely clean and comfortable. Cotten sheets on comfortable beds. Some of the best food we had in our four month journey. Very gracious and helpful hosts! Storage room for the bikes. Absolutely would return!

The rooms were very clean and the hotel was close to the Gotthard pass.

We had high expectations from this place due to the good reviews, however we ended up to be very disappointed. The beds were very narrow and uncomfortable to sleep in. There is very limited parking facility and the breakfast was rather poor (we ended up going to a bakery close by). Furthermore, the staff was very rude after we told them we didn't want to take breakfast. The worst of the hotel is that it is located next to a church which rings its bells twice at every hour for a couple of minutes and then once every half hour, and this for the full night. It was just impossible to sleep. The place is way overpriced, even for Swiss standards.

Small and comfortable hotel. The owner and the staff were very service mindedand friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent!

The town church is close by and the church bells alsochime at night. Bring some ear plugs, if you are easily disturbed, and it will be no problem to sleep.

Car parking 200m away. Room was expensive, and breakfast was extra. For the cost of the room, could easily include a light breakfast.Stairs....dont bring heavy luggage!

Our room was over the busy road so it was quite noisy especially with the church tower being so close
