    • I requested a queen bed, but they still gave us two single beds. The quality of the room was not good — the blanket smelled bad and seemed unwashed
    • Breakfast, clean room, good sheets ,
    • the environment, with mountains, forests, and sourcesbed was good, shower was renovated

    Cons -

    • Pillows not bad, but could be better, not very comfortable mattress
    • in general, there is still a need for further renovationlawn near thermal pool needs care..restaurant ok, not the best, but ok
    • Beds and pillows were really uncomfortable. The restaurant personnel kind of pushed us to eat as quick as possible, and the dinner wasn’t too great.

The location was amazing and the different things to do around the hotel.

Beds and pillows were really uncomfortable. The restaurant personnel kind of pushed us to eat as quick as possible, and the dinner wasn’t too great.

Nestled in the mountains, wonderful park with walking trails and waterfalls and fountains surrounding the hotel.

Had a problem in the restaurant, but fortunately there was an outstanding Manager who corrected it.

Only its Location of an amazing beauty thanks to which we are returning to Caldes de Boi every year

Nothing good to say really. As our regular hotel, which is next to Manantial, was closed for the reconstruction this season, we booked Manantial, suit room for a week. The room itself is ok, but the hotel is a complete disaster. It seems, nobody wants to invest and develop this place , just using its amazing location as the only benefit to welcome tourists, which is totally unfair, especially for the price they charge. That smell in the corridors of the hotel follows you everywhere, it’s a mix of cheap canteen food and chlorine from the 80’s…The outdoors pool bar was closed, they say to be opened in temporada de verano… we were there first week of Jul, so it seems they consider ‘temporada de verano’ to be in august only?! 1month to serve clients? So it’s an issue to find a decent meal there. Breakfast, included into the price, is rather inedible. I think , we were also unlucky to get to the hotel in some weird time, as it was full of people 80years old plus only , who were wearing bath robes inside and outside the hotel 24/7 which was not nice and not stimulating to try and visit hotel’s thermas

Spectacular location surrounded by mountains and waterfalls after rain. Good on site restaurant.

fabulous location. Huge hotel grounds with hiking trails. Dog friendly, staff were very nice

We were with kids, dinner started at 20:30, to lunch we had to content with a pool menu or buffet at the next hotel, problem nowhere to have a snack between 7-8:30. Also if you are tall, their beds don’t cut it, definitely need bigger beds

All went well. Breakfast great, Andrea a wonderful staff receptionist. Very helpful. Tony and Blunt and Sylvia great!

Room was new, big and very clean and the showers were a plus, very nice and relaxing. Location is very convenient if you're exploring the park, plus the vew from the windows are beautiful and the surrounding area too. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious.

    Nothing! It was perfect.

The location and friendly staff. They kindly offered us a place to keep our bicycles for a few days, even we were not hotel guests at that time.

The overpriced balneary services, if you are a guest of the hotel the logical thing is you have some kind of preference or discount. But you don't. Not even the spa was included during our stay. The exterior pools were already closed at the beginning of September. Very basic breakfast and nothing natural (juice, tomato, etc). Noises everywhere, it seemed walls are made of paper.Overpriced bar services.

Dinner cuisine; Nature around; Service in restaurant; and ...Dental kit

Facilities around; bedding; and INTERNET: it does not exist, not usable at all...

I felt like we were on the set of the film set of “The Shining”

The hotel smelled like mold, which made it difficult to sleep. When I arrived home all of my clothes smelled of mold. The bathrobes were old rags. The cleaning staff did the minimum each day, but did not replenish empty soaps. The walls are paper thin. The spa experience was extremely disappointing. There were few services available. We were staying at the end of August. Not sure if there wasn’t enough staff or if it always runs like that. The staff was not knowledgeable about the treatments. The ambiance felt like a hospital instead of the spa they described online. Do not book the Vichy shower. I have had Vichy massages in the past that meant the massage is given by the water. This experience was a mediocre massage from someone while warm water trickled from the ceiling.

The area is beautiful, there are 3 pools with mineral water (cold and warm). Room was nice, bathroom clean.

Clearly overworked personel of the hotel - especially bar/cafeteria. Opening hours of various restaurants in the hotel area are chaotic and nobody seems to know them. The management should work on this.

The scenery is breathtaking and it’s a retreat to wake up and open out the window. The hotel is beautiful and it’s as it should be Mountains like.

At the moment of the booking there’s was a budget room and a discounted version of an upgraded room with an option of a larger bed, when arrived we had two single beds regards we are newlyweds, and I felt they gave us the worst room as we had a puppy with us. The hotel was not fully booked so they could offer us options.

The location is great and the staff friendly

Service at the restaurant and bar during dining and lunch time was slow although the staff make up for the inconveniences
