Hotel is somewhat dated but is classy and very clean. Excellent value for the price. Large room with good layout. Room had fan and hair dryer. Super friendly and helpful staff. Coin operated clothes washer and dryer on site and available for guest use.
Was a bit off the Camino path and town plaza but worth the extra steps!
I like the spacious room.
Very hot did not cool down at all no fan even.
The room had a very strong musty, mildewy odor and lots of black mold on the semi-sheer white curtains. We were unwilling to stay there for that reason. The clerk was polite but couldn't provide a refund. Another guest said his room was fine, but it seems that this establishment doesn't meet basic health and safety standards.
Friendly staff both at reception and at then dining room. The dinner was great as well. Our room was spacious and inappreciated that there was more furniture than the usual room (the extra coffee table and chair).
The bathroom was old and needed remodeling and better lighting. The room was cold; I think it is because we were the end room and the windows were very drafty. The location is ok- at the top of the hill on the edge of town. At least it was tranquil.
The room, the location and the dinner. All were great.
The location is good
The hotel is very old and tired. It was ultramodern 40 years ago but nothing has been upgraded since then and it's slightly horrifying
Huge balcony and very comfortable room. We also enjoyed a bath after a very long walk. Nice breakfast too.
No we d we’d noted our stay.
It offers comfortable accommodations, great service, and scenic views, our room with a huge balcony, making it a solid choice for travelers.
lack certain luxury features found in this higher-rated hotels, not be centrally located for shopping n dining around the areas.
Beautiful rooms, very classy hotel. Staff made us feel welcome.
Breakfast was expensive for average food.
Mediocre
Very tired water was brown in bath , needs updating
The room was spacious & bed was comfortable. We had a good dinner at the restaurant in the hotel.
The swimming pool only opened 3 pm - 8 pm. When we went to the pool, after 5 min, it poured rain so we couldn’t use the pool.
Spacious room
Yellow water came out of the tap, not appropriate for drinking
Quiet location with private parking available. We booked a suite which was large and spacious. Pool is lovely, towels are also provided
The hotel is very old fashioned and is need of being updated however this didn't affect our stay. Overall, good value for money
The man in charge of the bar/restaurant was far less than professional. That alone ruined our stay. I have stayed in 30 different places this month alone and never experienced such poor service. I am not talking about the younger staff, just the man in charge. Obviously their restaurant had no customers.
It was a nice hotel. People were friendly.
Very little choice of vegetarian food.
Lovely hotel with great views over the water. While its not super modern, it has a lot of charm and the staff were super friendly, particularly in the restaurant. I would happily stay here again if doing the camino
Clean room with a huge private balcony. We stayed here while walking the Camino. Good dinner and breakfast.
