The room was really big, clean, and had a nice jacuzzi.

First of all, we only took one Guarana from the minibar, which should have been 150 dinars, but we were charged 1,450 dinars for items we definitely did not use. This was very disappointing.I also didn’t find the staff very friendly. I wasn’t satisfied with the housekeeping service either.At breakfast, after 9 a.m., the dining area becomes extremely crowded and full of cigarette smoke, which makes it very uncomfortable for non-smokers.

Bad experience

The doors to the hotel were locked. I attempted to call them but no one answered. I ended up sleeping in my car because I couldn't get inside. Extremely unprofessional.

Everything was great, the hotel is nice, the staff are on hand and pleasant, rooms are clean and modern, and the food is pretty good.

Nothing, really, everything was top notch.

The apartment was very spacious, luxury and clean. The staff was very friendly. We will definetely come again in the future.

The area of its situation, the interior design, the generous in-room amenities, as well as hospitality of the front desk personnel.

At present, there is no wellness hub. Supposedly, it’s being set up for spring/early summer of 2025. The whole experience would have been even more remarkable had we had access to gym/spa.

Location and ambiance were very good and the staff was very polite.

There was renovation going on in our floor and some of the appliances in the room weren’t placed yet (minibar and telephone)

We were woken up in the morning by the sounds of the works in the room above us. It was not very pleasant but it was time for the breakfast anyway.

One of the best hotels in Serbia! We have come to Arsenal Fest and the location of the hotel let us come to the venue just in 5 minutes by car. The room was big and clean-with two TVs and both the jacuzzi and shower. The breakfast a-la-carte was amazingly tasty and abundant! The staff is very welcoming!

The service personnel at the restaurant were friendly and ready to help. The hotel and the rooms are clean in general.

The air conditioning was fixed to heat and my room was 27.5 C degrees. When I say the situation to reception, they said they can not change this since all hotel is fixed to this value. I couldn't sleep for two night because of over heating and tried to change my hotel but the reception said they can not pay my money back. I called booking.com but they also couldn't made a difference. I want to thank them, finally they changed my room and the new room was 25.5 C degrees and this helped me to complete my stay.

Hotel Ženeva Lux was one of the best hotels I stayed in Serbia. Excellent.Great room equipment, very good designed. Breakfast was served by the menu what I have never seen yet. That was delicious. I was enjoyed so much.

Beautiful rooms, nice staff-overall great experience.The hotel is in a quiet location which is not far from the center (15-20 mins walk) which allows you to rest well.
