Great location, we came earlier around 10 am and were able to check in. The owners dog is adorable ❤️

The property location is outstanding - while the hotel has an amazing location the hotel itself is outdated and needs a renovation. The rooms are super comfortable in size but walls are dirty and furniture is old. The staff is not professional and old creepy man sits outside with no greeting or smile but cold and harsh, but stares at you while come in, not friendly or welcoming. what i booked for price tehy overcharged me and the staff is not professional they say one thing but charge you more than what they say. NEVER COMING BACK, dirty.

I felt the hotel needs a lot of TLC and staff that dress and act professionally. The staff dresses like they walked out from the streets and they do everything- which was a concern as it felt like a mom and pop shop. Hotel needs. Huge make over.

Staff was very nice and friendly, studio was spacious and nice beds are comfortable.

Breakfast is simply bad there are not any options for vegans, almost none for vegetarians and if you eat only whole foods your option are only eggs. Parking is super tight, coffee at breakfast is the worst i have ever tasted in my life.

The location of the hotel was great since it was near the city center. The apartment was spacioua and had comfortable bed and nice view from the terrace.

Cleanliness should have been better.

We have booked 3 rooms. When we arrived the receptionist told us that the hotel is full and give us one of the rooms in a different building with horrible conditions.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The hotel is located relatively close to the city center, on a quiet street.

The bathroom in our room is pretty small and doesn't have enough towel racks or any room to put down your toiletries. Additionally, the door didn't close.The breakfast was pretty basic.

We did not get the room we reserved and paid for, instead we got a very poor room that is not even worth half the price we paid. The manager/owner is very rude and unprofessional. The hotel is very old, so it was very difficult to close the bathroom door and it was also very noisy. We could not open or close the balcony door and the comment we got on that from the manager/owner was "Well, just don't use it". We didn't know it was broken because we don't sleep in those rooms ourselves...?!". Then he offered to give our money back, but we had no choice because we couldn't book anything else at that time because the city was overbooked due to a festival, so they just took advantage of that. So rude and unprofessional.... NO COMMENT. We were misled with fake pictures and paid a lot for something that is worth absolutely nothing.

Perfect location, close to the city centre and universities. Room was comfortable, having fridge was bonus. After long travel, with bad rainy weather what makes my day was the staff. I need something to eat, they convince me I don't need to walk around under heavy rain, they order dinner for me and served. Hotel facilities such are minibar are also good to find, reasonable prices. All the way staffs and owners were so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and for sure will gladly come back.

The owner and his grandson took us by his car to buy kajmak, different sorts of cheese etc! That is hospitality. Staff friendly, breakfast fine, parking on the spot.
