Location of the hotel

In my room there was rust on the shower rings to close the curtain and also seen ants in the bathroom. Maybe put the glasses in a protective polythene will be more hygienic and felt the glasses were cloudy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Comfortable beds and good pressure in shower.

Would be nice to have kettle for tea in the room.

Close to the beach ,shops. Bus to the Palma Menorca 15 min away from hotel and to the airport

Nice place for a business night sleep...

There were some people shouting and talking louder in the middle of the night but it's alright...They have fun for their holidays...Not to blame

Good location, good price, friendly staff. There was cleaning every day, and the pool and air conditioning was nice.

I booked a double bed, but we got two twin beds just beside each other. That was extremely disappointing, since I specifically asked for a double bed and expected it. Also the thin walls let so much noise in, and no fridge in the room.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything basically every word of the other people’s room. We left some food in the room and there was a lots of ants. It was not cool.

All the personal were very polite and helpful.

My neighbours by the next room were so loud and every night i woke up many times because of them talking loud on the balcony.

Had a decent stay at Hotel Costa. Remarks are on the noise around the whole building as walls and doors are very thin. For 2 days we didn’t have hot water as the heating was broken and took a while to repair

Unfortunately it’s not cost for the money , :( Our room is so small and not clean , the worst thing is the toilet , I don’t know how to describe , but it’s like you don’t want to take a shower because the water keep on pouring out while showering until it came out inside the room , the aircon ist also direct to the bed , wherein you cannot breathe properly. You better don’t want to go to balcony also to chill as it’s not a nice view . The bed is very old and you must be very cautious to move , the elevator is quite scary to take .

the staff were very friendly the pool area was cleaned daily and the proximity to everything

the walls are quite thin so I imagine if you have late night drinkers or early risers next door it might be a bit noisy but we didn't find it much of a problem.rooms could do with a fridge

Very friendly staff, the rooms and communal areas were absolutely spotless. We had room 24 which featured a big private balcony overlooking the pool. Nice bathroom and comfy beds, good aircon too! Nice pool area with pool table. 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. 1 min walk to a few bars and supermarkets. 2 min walk to waterpark. Free on street parking right outside. GREAT value for money!

Probably not ideal for older travellers as a lot of the guests were 18-30. I didn't think it was a particularly loud hotel, however probably not great for the elderly who like peace a quiet every minute of the day.

The room was big and bright. 15 minutes walk from the centre. We enjoyed every second

A fridge in the room would have been amazing.
