Location is great

The curtain cannot shed all lights. The emergency board is luminous in the dark. No drinking water or kental in the room.

There was NO AC which the property said they had, only wanted to hook a hotel with AC so was very disappointed when there was no way to cool down the very warm room.The room was clean-ish, the bedding was fine but some of the towels had stains on them.Good base point if you plan to spend minimal time in the room, I.e. just to sleep

Clean premise, simple check in, easy access when walking in Arenal. All-round simple stay.

Limited human interaction, is nice in one regard but seldom was the front area staffed if you had a question

No response toEmails or answering phone. Shuttle bus failed to turn up at airport. Room was next to reception. Noisy all night. Receptionist took 25 mins to check us in and had to fillOut 3 forms. After 7 hours of traveling.

Despite the bar being closed, there was a nice common area with a great free coffee/tea bar. My partner and I really utilized this space in the morning to have a coffee and to play games which we had brought.

The rooms were quite bright at night. I recommend future guests bring an eye mask with them. I thought the rooms could’ve been cleaned better, there was a noticeable big mark on the bathroom wall which could’ve easily been wiped away (I tried it myself) and the ashtrays outside hadn’t been emptied.

Hard to find parking. Room smelled just a little bit like smoke.

The bed had a loose leg and was moving and the Tv didn't work.There was nothing around, everything was close.

Booking.com needs to ensure that advertised services are actually provided- especially when prepaid,

I was specifically booking because there was supposedly shuttle service to the airport. There was none provided and it appeared as if there never was any ever. False information provided by Booking.com and it caused me extra time, money, and effort! Very unhappy with Booking.com!!!! Must ensure that services advertised are actually provided especially when the room is prepaid with no cancellation.

It has AC, confortable pillows, nice bathroom and shower. also big balcony to dry your clothes after the beach. The nearest beach is 15 min walking. Staff were really nice. Small but enough.

The fact that there was only a sheet in the bed. It would have been nicer to also have something thicker to sleep

The hotel MIX SMART MAJORCA has unsafe balconies, poor hygiene standards, shower flooded bathroom because of poor drainage issues and dodgy glass door and the staff are unhelpful unhappy with no communication customer service skills!

Property had a nice balcony.

There was no hot watter kettle in room. I have traveled a fair bit across most of EU, UK and outside. This was the first time ever a hotel room didn't had a hot watter kettle and few bags of tee/coffee available. Bar was also shut and only option was coffee machine for €1 in the lobby. Although booking.com stated we get continental breakfast, it wasn't available. Hotel does them only starting May, and we arrived late April. Probably hotels policy and Booking.com didn't bother to inform us beforehand. Overall, with no breakfast, hot water available, it felt rather expensive stay.

Good for one night. Close to airport (direct public transport links, bus A51 and A2)

Poor value for money, room not cleaned properly, uncomfortable beds, noisy neighbourhood but don't expect peace and quiet in Mallorca's biggest party place

The hotel is modern and rooms are clean

No breakfest when you stay off season, balkony is no place you would enjoy nice atmosphere and "city view" as hotel description says, very limited place to store closes - justtiny closet

Modestly sized small hotel room with a balcony that offered a bit of open space.

The sheets carried a musty scent of humidity, and hairs were found in the bathroom.Additionally, it was quite noisy.

recently stayed at the Mix Smart Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location was ideal, providing a nice atmosphere.However, there were a few drawbacks. The creaking noise in the room while walking was noticeable, and the beds seemed to be of low quality. Outside, there was an unfortunate abundance of ants, which could be quite bothersome. Despite these issues, the overall hospitality of the staff and the hotel's location made the stay somewhat enjoyable.

The shower, elevated at an awkward angle, had a poorly sealed door, resulting in water spilling both inside and outside the room. Additionally, the cleaning lady's noise level was disruptive, and when politely asked to close doors more quietly, she walked away. Dining room out of order.

Bed was comfortable and AC is good Maybe nice room for one person

Walls are thin AF.You hear all those party people watching tv and coming home.We showered and all the water swamped the whole room - all our stuff was wet :((((.location is not good as also much noise in the early morning.

Breakfast felt minimal, we felt there were some improvements during our stay, which was good, but lots of space to improve

We had some neighbouring guests that were banging doors from ~4am to almost 5:30am, it was very hard to sleep.We had some issues with check-in and room allocation, where we had to change rooms once, as our room wasn't available (??), although we were offered a spot in another hotel, but it was actually a downgrade, as it didn't offer breakfast, so we didn't accept it. ??‍♂️??‍♂️
