Very good kichen, lots of choice, lots of variety in food. Clean room, comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly

No refrigerator in standard rooms

Location, food.Overall it is good with small drawbacks.

No fridge.Noises in the evening and morning because the door has like 2cm gap from the floor.Uncomfortable pillows.Bed lights didn't work.

The hotel, rooftop and the restaurant are okay in general.The restaurant definitely can change the menu from time to time.

We didn't like the appartment because it doesn't have the fridge, and the pillows are really bad.In addition, the hotel is big and has only two elevators and in a most of times waiting more than 5-10min is necessary.

The room was clean the food was good and has a perfect location (right next to the bus stop).

- the elevator is not working properly (it takes for ever to come, I would suggest requiring a room on the 1st or 2nd floor.- the "bathroom" is very strange.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in July 25.The photos previously posted are accurate and the rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. Friendly and attentive staff in a great location.We hired a scooter from across the road, immaculate place, great scooters, and toured part of the Island. Beautiful.We got a bus too, the stop is right in front of the hotel, to Palma for the day. Great City, excellent bus trip, regular buses, although very full.The food in the hotel was lovely, a great choice for both breakfast and the evening meal.A great view from the rooftop, where there is a small pool, perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend the Hotel and we will look into other HSM ones in the future, if this one is anything to go by.

The food was excellent and there was quite a variety. The staff were also very friendly and always willing to help.

It would've been nice to offer dinner until a later time and to provide water free of charge at dinner. In addition, the room setup didn't allow for very much privacy.

We were with daughter and had a great time.The hotel is very clean....super insulation ...... Breakfast and dinner are excellent!!!! We have a diet when we back????......Big plus: rooftop pool when the weather is not very hot

Everything was perfect but the only little problem was with the shower that at the bottom the water would run through on the floor and when your showering but nothing major.

I liked the option of breakfast and dinner being included. There was a big selection of food to choose from. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The toilet in the room was a bit weirdly incorporated. I didn’t like the glass doors because the doors are see through and can’t be closed completely so there is not a lot of privacy

Very good cuisine and delicious food, supermarket and bus stop to Airport and City next to hotel, Cars rental very close ?

Lifts ? 2 elevators are not enough for such a hotel

The breakfast was good and it had something for everyone. The staff was extremely friendly and they also had a luggage area to keep your bags. They have two pools and a nice sky bar.

The bedding was extremely thin making it extremely cold at night. They also didn’t have water to drink which sucks because you can’t drink the tap water. Our shower also leaked water every time we took a shower which left a mess.

The hotel is great. Its very clean and modernly furnished. The staff is very polite and always at your service. The food was different every day and it was very,very tasty, one of the best things about the hotel. Bus station where the bus for airport and Palma stop is right in front of the hotel. The beach is two minutes by foot,so the location is perfect.

This hotel offers a good quality/price ratio. It’s conveniently located, it has all the necessary facilities, the staff is really nice and welcoming. The food was great, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and with good quality and taste. You also have a great rooftop bar, where you can sit enjoying a beautiful view while sipping your drink. I would definitely recommend it for a budget-friendly stay.

The interior of the room might seem a bit weird as you have toilet and shower right in front of the bed behind glass doors. It may be uncomfortable for most people. However, there is an option to pay extra for a bigger room, which may partially fix this issue. The cleanliness was also not perfect, as the floors were sticky sometimes and you could find previous guests’ hair in the shower. But overall everything was fine.

Both breakfast and the buffet dinner were very good indeed. The Sky Bar was good although the background music was too loud

I’m not a fan of the bathroom being almost in the bedroom. The sink was and the shower and toilet were both behind semi obscure glass doors. What’s happened to privacy?

It was okay. Personal stuff is frendly.. Breakfast and dinner was good.

Great hotel that was surprisingly modern. Typical buffet food which was ok one night and good the next. Staff were really lovely and worked really hard! We liked that they left prosecco and chocolates in our room for our first anniversary, really nice touch.

The location was far enough away from the awful strip of German bars at the end of the beach but it was still close enough to know it was there. We weren't expecting the level of 'that sort of tourist' :)

The food was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly and my room was cleaned every day.

The big problem with this hotel was the lifts, there were only 2 small lifts with a maximum of 4 people in each and for the size of the hotel and the amount of guests it was a big problem and to make things worse one of the lifts was out of order the full time I was there which was 5 days. Also both of the pools were absolutely freezing I didn't see anyone actually going into any of them except to dip their feet.

Breakfast and dinner exceeded my expectations. Cleaners clean the rooms every day.
