Clean spacious with delicious meals.My second time in this hotel this year?

The room equipment was quite old, but it was cleaned every day with fresh bed sheets and towels. The hotel staff and the animation team were super nice and friendly. The food was okay — not a big variety, but fine. Overall, we booked a very good and cheap deal, so I can’t complain — for that price, it was great value. If I had paid more, I would definitely expect better, but for what we paid, everything matched the price perfectly.

If you’re a sensitive sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel — the walls are very thin, and you can hear every word your neighbors are saying.

The two receptionist were outstanding....The bartender was friendly.

Nice hotel with great staff and location. It was literally by the bus stop so very easy to reach. The beach was also 10-15 minutes walking distance. I have had all inclusive which had breakfast, lunch, and dinner with 3 drinks per meal included. Soft drinks were all unlimited both during meals and at the bar. The room was also nice and cleaning was provided on a daily basis. There were also some activities like yoga, karaoke, and quiz night.

It would be better if there was the option to get the drinks which were included by the pool bar. Also the meal options, albeit not bad, did not have much Mediterranean specialities (like there were no olives in the land of olives, or seafood was quite limited).

Absolutely worst experience with food. Not a lot of choices,very disappointing ended up eating out every day .Also not enough tables so you have to queue for very long time to get food and a lot of times trays were already empty so just ended up wasting time

There were lovley members of staff,ViolettaMaria,Biel, and entertainment with "Coco" was a good laugh ? some members of the staff were very unhappy to be working!

Dirty hotel, not sure housekeeping knows what "cleaning" means. It's absolutely shocking!! Floor in the room are not clan, shower curtains need to be washed if you guys want to save money. Bathroom sealing needs to be painted. Huge potential wasted!

Good food,nice room,close to the beach,not bad poolbus stop outside the hotel,comfortable beds there is no problem with hot water in the shower.

all inclusive it's just food(breakfast lunch and dinner)they give beer/wine coupons(6 cups per day)but they usually say that you have to pay extra.No place to eat-people wait 20 minutes for a table at dinner or lunch

Sleepless!

The walls are so thin, sleep was impossible. Parties and large groups in corridors shouting. The building is riddled with leaks , every ceiling had holes, and bickers are placed around the hotel to catch water drops

The service at the bar , the pool , all were very convenient. The wild roosters and chicken near the hotel were a fun subject to talk about.

Far from the "active part of the town , but yet very loud, you could hear the person in the next room snoring or what they were talking about, even the tv . Everything outdated . Not mold but water infiltration in the walls. The place needs a renovation, not just paint over everything. We had to put a towel at the door just to not let light in the room and a bit of soundproofing . Let us not forget the food.. a little bit of diversity, but bland and boring food, plenty for all , but be quick when they come with it or otherwise wait another 10 min for them to bring another tray

Nothing to do with hotel but I'm not sure why they say all inclusive, they should say limited alcohol but inclusive soft drinks

Only the pool swimming and two people from the staff.

The staff are not friendly at all, all inclusive it was fake, we paid for everything except coffee and water and juice. The food was horrible, horrible, horrible, and seven days eating the same all the time. It’s unacceptable to put same food over and over again, and some food was from the day before. Not good at all. Not recommended.Special with children.

Location good, alcoholic drinks good price

I booked twin beds, there was only one double bed, had to sleep on the floor the first night until another bed could be provided. The air conditioning was leaking. Dripping constantly. The food was not great. And terrible smell in the room had to buy bleach and air freshener.

Food is nice, fresh and meals very different from day to day.

The rooms weren't clean enough, there was hair all over the room and bathroom. The staff were helpful with booking a taxi but not very welcoming. We could tell they were there to finish their shift and that's all. Except the entertainment guy - he was brilliant! The cleaning ladies were constantly around us on the terrace with the brooms and mops, cleaning around our legs, and it was after 9am. I would expect them to clean the terrace earlier before breakfast time starts. A bit annoying IMO

The bed for the single room was a bit too hard but it wasn't a big problem.

We came as a group of 8 for my son’s birthday. On attendance the room provided had cockroaches inside and in the wardrobe space. When advising reception there was no apology just I’ve spoke to the supervisor and will change your room. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are not the cleanest. The all inclusive is not nice at all and the fact you have to pay a euro to have your unlimited soft drink is ridiculous. The 3 drinks at dinner policy for just wine and beer… I think you need to review what all inclusive means as it wasn’t great at all.

My children especially really loved the environment of this accommodation. They especially loved the buffet!! It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm really glad that we chose to stay. It definitely made us smile.

I feel like some more attention could have been placed on the decor and vibe of the rooms. They were pretty plain.

Quiet area, close to Aqualand, pool attendants/life guard on duty from 10am to 8pm, good value for money.

Extra bed in room was uncomfortable.

Reception and staff are all great guys, check-in at 14, I arrived 1.5 hours earlier and despite this, had no problem checking in, went to lunch from 13 to 14, while the room was cleaned, you can also leave your suitcases in a special room, and on departure, Very spacious and clean restaurant, very friendly girls, like bees, continuously working in the hall, cleaning, changing tablecloths, collecting dishes, while smiling and always ready to help. Very good kitchen, cooks cook perfectly, a huge variety of dishes, it's a lot of work on their part! Cleaning in the rooms mediocre, to change towels, you need to chase the maid)) at allocation was dirty under the bed, on the table sticky spots, the table and mirror I wiped myself wet wipes. I understand that in the season is a big load, but when the room and before the new tenants can once clean more carefully.

The general impression of the room is old and dirty. If you compare it with the photo, the walls may have been so dazzling white before, as they were depicted on the advertising photo, but now they are rather dirty-grey and very dusty. On the wall hangs not a picture, but a piece of rag stuffed on a piece of wood, which also absorbed a century of dust.The lighting was poor, there was no table lamp, only a dim ceiling light. There was only liquid soap in a hanging container, no shampoo or shower gel. There was a hairdryer, but it was broken, when I took it in my hands, the nozzle fell off, and in order for it to work, you had to press both halves together, I was afraid to use it.The room is on the ground floor, the balcony overlooks a private house and pool, all day squeals and screams of local children swimming in the pool, at night the hum and grinding of air conditioners hanging on the outer wall of the house. Not a second of silence( The balcony of the hotel is separated from the private area by a railing, it's easy to climb over, no one was climbing, but still it was not quiet, we had to close one transom at night.Hearing in the room leaves much to be desired, you can hear and TV neighbour, and the way he sings or spoils the air((( on the last night before departure someone from above came from the disco at 4 am and turned on the full volume of the TV, apparently wanting to prolong his holiday. The administration does not care, the main thing is to take the money when you entry. The entertainment programme in the evenings consists of a tape recorder or karaoke in the lobby and the music screams until 23-24 at night plus an hour for everyone to calm down at last and go to their rooms, which is also accompanied by a lot of noise on the ground floor. Two rooms away from me along the corridor is the room of cleaners, it is necessary to think to make it next to the rooms of holidaymakers!
