    Pros +

    • Sky bar and pool.
    • The hotel's location is probably the only good thing that it has. It's nice and close to the beach. Not even a 5 minute walk and you're in the water. There's also plenty of shops and restaurants (although there's many sketchy eating places, so be careful on where you eat).
    • The location was great. In a minute you are at the beach. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very inclusive. The whole hotel and the rooms were clean.

    Cons -

    • We stayed in this hotel couple times and were satisfied except this last time.Extremely hot corridors (broken AC, not fixed) you have to walk through to get yo the elevators which would not cater for all the guests.Damaged wall in our room and the mess caused by it during our stay by manipulating the AC in the adjacent room by hotel maintenance.
    • After the check in, we were told to wear a wristband (which is an odd thing to have your guests do). We were then told to follow one of the staff members and she was going to show us to our room. To get there, we exited the hotel, walked about 5 minutes through some very sketchy alleyways, to get greeted with a door, requiring a key to get in. Staff told us to make sure it's always locked for our safety (that goes to show the area in which the hotel is). We then had a long staircase to climb to get to the rooms, without an elevator. Once inside the room, it seemed as though the renovation work was rushed (paint transfers, broken countertop, etc). There were 2 AC units installed, and one of them in one of the rooms did not work. The balcony door also didn't lock, which was a safety issue, especially since the balcony was very easily accessible from the ground floor. The AC not working, the sketchy area, and the inability to close the balcony door was enough for us to not feel safe sleeping there overnight, nor to leave our items there during the day. We then went back to the lobby to ask for a different room, only to be told there was nothing to do that night and that maybe in the morning. After a full day of travelling to get there, flight delays, and the unwelcoming conditions of the room we were given, we didn't appreciate being told there was nothing to do and to wait until the morning. We've stated that we don't feel safe sleeping in the room, given the balcony's proximity to the ground floor and the inability to lock the door. After some back and forth with the staff, and some attitude, we were eventually offered another room in the main part of the hotel, on the 5th floor. The hotel itself has 9 floors full of rooms, however a very small, mediocre elevator, that's about 1m x 1m, which is arguably the slowest elevator I've been in, which is why we've often taking the stairs.
    • There was not air conditioner in the room. I did not really need it since it was not hot during my trip but in summer, it will be needed definitely.

    the location is perfect.

The hotel is very confusing. It has an elevator but you have to climb stairs to get to the elevator. I booked for 3 people so they put a bed in the room that was clearly for two. The bed blocked the opening of the closet, which we couldn't use. The room was for two but the price charged was for three. The hotel, for what it offers, should be cheaper. The pool is tiny, the solarium is nice.

There was a broken leg on the bed, the bed linen was stained. The floor was destroyed. The location was very good and the staff was friendly.

We stayed for 4 nights. The location was perfect close to the beach, bus stop walking distance, close to McDonald which was handy for the kids.Public transport was good.Breakfast was superb!Staff were OK.The AC wasn't working ( old fashion AC in our room 701).

Clean beds, clean towels and bathroom, comfortable rooms, few takeaways close by so can get late night food easily. 24 hr supermarket close by and beach is a 2 mins walk away

As shown on the advert the kitchenette didn’t have toaster, no kettle, microwave wasn’t plugged in and wire hanging out, induction hob didn’t work (probably wasn’t plugged in), wash basin didn’t have any soap dispenser - I could go on and on. For 1 night it was okay but I would look elsewhere as I didn’t see value for money

Breakfast was really good lots of items ? Location is very end but acceptable . I Don't recommend dinner here. Very less halal item. Only one rice item was and unfortunately it was with pork.

    Noisy, seems neighbours disappointed

    Roof top bar was lovely.

Having to queue for 1 hr 30 mins to check in the hotel!! The roof top swimming pool was closed. Checking out we had to queue again- I refused to queue again and lost the deposit on the safe key! Need to put a deposit down for the remote for the tv?

    Location

We reached the hotel arround 2.30am The staff wasn’t responsible to assign the rooms to us he gave us a diff room which we didn’t bookAlso the room didn’t have duvets when we requested for it the staff who worked at that time didn’t even respond to provide duvets we were so disappointed with our stay had really bad experience

    1AndradePosted on: 4-8-2025

    Bad

They didn't give us a blanket, there were 3 of us and we had to sleep all huddled together, we were cold, they only gave us 2 single beds and there were 3 of usWhen we went to ask for a blanket, reception said it was over, we were cold for 3 night, The cleaning and bar staff were lovely, but the other staff were extremely rude.

    The terrace views and location

The check-in took 3 hours!!! They pretend you can already check in at 14hr, but they tell you after you have waited 30 minutes in the queue and took a copy of your passport, that it’s one hour later than indicated in booking (15h vs 14h). At 15h you have to wait another 45 mins just to pick up the key (there were approximately 6 parties ahead of me). Finally I received the key, went up to the 9th floor (again long waiting times for the one elevator), and the key doesn’t work. I had to go back downstairs with all my luggage to wait again and ask for a new key. Again same story and the key still doesn’t work! Again i go back downstairs with waiting times and all my luggage. In the reception area they screamed at me aggressively “that I have to wait in line if I need something”. That would have been another 1,5 hours by that time (just to receive a working key, which you already have waited for a long time??!!). They needed to send a technician to my room (again more waiting time) to fix the lock. More waiting time until it was fixed. In total my check in took over 3 hours!

Location - right next to the main beach. Tons of food, shops, pharmacies, clubs, bars nearby.

The staff, air conditioner, and noises. Cleaners were very loud in the morning around 8am. They were slamming another room door with a broom. I went out, looked at her, she looked at me, - no reaction.Air conditioner is very weak, so you have got to keep windows open despite of the noise outside. The hotel is busy with kids, don't expect having a good sleep. Also the first night there was water running through the ventilation on the ceiling in the bathroom - another neighbours problem. I had to go to reception and ask them to come, since phone cable was cut in our room Some rooms are located in the depth of the hotel, pretty difficult to find.

Location was great. food was okay.staff not very accomodating.unsafe if you leave your bags while waiting for checkin there is no lock no staff assisting.

The location is amazing the Sea view balcony especially. The breakfast buffet is good and the staff very helpful. Good service

The room is smaller than it appears on the photos. Changing the linens more often could be considered. On the last day of our stay we've been moved to a different hotel because of closing and ending the season (when we booked we weren't informed about it). Luckily the hotel they provide was 5 stars ?

Right next to the beach with lots of little shops. Very clean accomodation

Could do with washing up sponge, liquid and tea towel in the kitchenette.Parking was tricky.
