BLUESEA Arenal Tower Adults Only

The staff was very kind, it was easy to find, food was included and the price was very good

It’s not in Palma but Arenal, a 30 minutes by bus

The hotel is close to the beach and a bus ride from the airport and Palma. It's pretty cheap for what you get. The food is okay, and the staff are nice. The roof top bar is nice and the drinks are reasonably priced.

The bedrooms are very basic, just one pillow, sheet and a thin duvet and up on the 10th floor it was very cold and noisy in the wind. The beds are not very comfortable. The pool area is a bit sad looking.

Clean, bright.. roof top bar is excellent with sensational view. Food was great.. good variety at each meal, always hot and chefs continuously bringing out fresh servings.

Restaurant is small.. felt cramped with the amount of tables in a small space.

Very good location, the kitchen/dining hall/bar staff is outstanding, great food, breathtaking view from SkyBar. Good value for that price.

One of the recepcionist guys is rude. The SkyBar is not included in the all-inclusive package. The pricelist is confusing - nothing is written, the one you can get at the main bar from a QR code belongs to the SkyBar, but they work with different pricing.

The property location was good.

This was not for a English tourist was too quiet and food was rubbish and the drinks was lager are wine and awful 3 am 3 pm awful

Friendly stuff. They speak english. Made the vacations more fun.The location is fairly close to the airport and bus stops. The food was okay.

All inclusive is restricted. Only 3 alcoholic drinks (wine or beer nothing more) in the limited time of lunch and dinner.The pool also had limited timed availability.AC was not really cooling our room.There is a bar in front which may be noisy but nothing too bad.

I stayed for 5 days. On the 5th day I couldn't bring myself to eat the food. The women staff were lovely and helpful. Men staff need customer service training. The worst coffee I have ever drunk. I was willing to buy decent coffee but no one was at the bar to serve.The hotel had a roof bar and no entertainment.Again I stayed 5 days and the food was the worst food I've had.I stayed a week before at their sister hotel in Alcudia. I loved my stay there

Where shall I start

The meals were generally good, wide choice. View from balcony was great. Outside pool was great to get some sun and refreshment from cold water.

Coffey from machine was terrible, also juices had rather chemical taste, white wine seemed to be thinned with water. Thin walls and wide gap below the numbers door allowed noices from outside to get inside.

Very kind people, nice location, beautiful view of the sea from the terrace, easy and fast check in and out, amazing buffet, we felt like home

More sunbeds by the pool would’ve been great as it was hard to get one so we spent most of our days by the beach.

I didn’t like the hotel, I couldn’t sleep cause it was so loud outside and the soundproofing was awful. The plates to eat were dirty, not enough options and facilities.

The all inclusive limitations on alcohol as not everyone drinks only larger or wine it’s unfair also the food snacks were appalling Infact the snacks were disgusting dry one sandwich with no butter and pastry’s. The prices on charging for rooms and the facilities were different I was charged 4euros for a remote control and another person got there’s free how does this work Same for rooms all different prices for the rooms for different people which I thinks out of order.
