Loved this hotel ,we was only there 1 night but definitely stay here again for a holiday. The rooms were lovely clean and fresh with a good size balcony beach 1 minute down the road a few spanish bars up the road which we enjoyed. I'd definitely stay here again

The pillow smelt a bit fusty

Great location with easy access to buses and plenty of local shops nearby. Hotel is a bit outdated, but very clean. Reception staff were amazing and very helpful. Decent breakfast — nothing fancy, but perfectly fine. Excellent value for money.

Elevators are very slow; you may as well use the stairs. No ventilation fan in the bathroom, so it quickly turns into a sauna. Balcony railing felt a bit wobbly.

Overall taste of food, quite poor, wasnt for our liking. Selection of menus are wide but taste is very-very poor/bizarre. Like the cheapest ingredients possible, even coffee and black tea.

The room had no heating, no blankets, the balcony door was broken, and when I asked the reception for a Blanket she said we aren't able to provide anymore blankets cuz the hotel was full, so you are expected to stay in December, in a room, with no heater, no blankets and balcony door broken while it is raining.

The location and facilities. We’ve been in this hotel twice. Last year and this year.

A bit difficult to be understood at first - my child has ADHD and ASD, so it was stressful for him to eat at the restaurant as it’s always busy and noisy. But after a while they became more flexible with us.

Beautiful hotel, especially because it was very close to the sea.The receptionists were really kind.Thank you Enrique and Alba.

Everything from welcome to the end. Mario, from reception, was a very approachable person, and sort me with a big request. I wanted a room next to my daughter. Maria, the cleaner, was very good. All personal from kitchen are the best as the food was amazing.

I wish to have a small fridge in the room, and as I paid for all inclusive, and I am not an alcoholic person, I whish to have at least 1 cocktail free.

Location right next to beach and restaurants and shops and buses into Palma and airport food was hot and tasty excellent value for money showers hot and powerful

Small cold pool no sunbeds but it's no deal breaker as the beach is steps away and you can rent a sunbed

I liked the staff — they were friendly and helpful. The food was good on some evenings, and the breakfast was awesome.

What I didn’t like: the hotel was very noisy. The rooms were poorly insulated; you could hear every word, every movement, and even when someone from another floor opened a drawer or moved something. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to sleep more than three hours a night.

For the facilities I would...

For the facilities I would have rated more if there are some facilities for the kids too. I traveled with a toddler, I asked a potty or a child toilet seat n they dont have both. I asked if any kids strollers for rent, they dont have. They don't even have the bib, the babero for a child. It's not kids friendly but the restaurant is good, restaurant staffs r good. Over all its good except the facilities for kids which are not sufficient. I appreciate having a child bed atleast. Thank you. We enjoyed anyways.

The location was amazing.

They sell themselves as all inclusive but it’s not totally true and very basic food as not many options.

Loved the breakfast – lots of choice! The room was nice and spacious, and it was great having Netflix on the TV. The hotel is literally a one-minute walk to a gorgeous beach. Dinner was also really good, with a new menu every night.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing. Check in was fast, and staff helpful. 2 min from the beach, shops. Very good location.

The bed, i like double not two single as double. Pillows not comfy at all. And i would like in room to be a small fridge..

Disappointing

Reception area was new and nice, otherwise it is an old dirty building. Dining area was crowded and really noisy. Breakfast always the same, lunch and dinner good or bad depending on the cook. "Soft drinks" are just water and syrup, desserts were not eatable. Walls really thin, 99% of the rooms have no view. Lifts dont make for so many people.

We didn’t liked how dirty and broken was the hotel in sonnig parts.when we first came the bathtub was sticky and nasty,also above it was moldy.The food in the „restaurant“ was okay,but sometimes in some kinds of them were hair(literally inside of a sushi,not on it) the staff was mostly okay,except the bartender who was rude to us.The pool was too small.We think that the hotel charged us took much.

The food was reasonably good. Location is great.

Pictures are beautiful but reality isn't. It's a old hotel with tiny rooms old, slow lifts (long queues).Restaurant always overcrowded, also long queues to get the table.Cleanliness was very poor, we've had ants in our bathroom.And the last one is "all inclusive"...You get three beers or wines during lunch and dinner, all the other times you pay for the drinks.The best thing is that hotel informed me about this after I booked it. Not fair...
